Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to this gym, but my wife is a former client. From what I've gathered from her, it's a very straight forward minimalist studio using free weights, resistance bands and calisthenics with the trainers specifying on major complex movements such as squats, deadlifts bench, etc. as their bread and butter for their clients workouts which makes this type of training transparent and unique compared to personal trainers in chained gyms. My wife is probably the most headstrong person to come across when it comes to training her and every personal trainer she had striked out to get her to push her out of her comfort zone including myself...... That was before she had Paz. Anyone with the knowledge and patience to push a client to break mental barriers like that is 5 star in my book."
