Fantastic experience: I started at Fitbull Gym in November 2021. JP is the owner and the trainer. He is very honest and professional. Before training with him, I had another trainer that new that I had no experience lifting weights and doing hardcore training before. Instead of her starting at a beginners pace with me, she was giving me exercises that I could not do.. I would be so sore that my 15 year old son would have to help me up the stairs to my 2nd floor apartment for weeks at a time. That’s when I decided to find another trainer and I ended up at Fitbull Gym. What I liked about our first meeting is that he wanted to see what my capabilities were through a few exercises before he even accepted me as a client. Since I started, I noticed the change in how my clothes fit, I have more flexibility and balance while training, I am stronger mentally and physically. Training at this gym has taught me to be accountable. You will definitely see results when you set in place the plans and goals that JP sets for your fitness journey. Yes, it is a bit pricey but it’s worth it for me because I don’t like going to public gyms where I feel intimidated with people watching me on my fitness journey. This is a one on one training facility that is private where you won’t feel judged by others while learning to perfect your skills. I know that eventually I will know what I am doing and will be able to go to a public gym confidently and be able to workout without hurting myself thanks to JP.
