Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Dropped in on Christmas Eve after texting Sharon the night before (very convenient to have that option listed on the website). Everyone we met was extremely friendly and the workout was a fantastic way to start our day. Thanks for letting us workout with you!

Positive experience: Setting Standards in Evansville!!! I was in the Evansville area for business and I had an early morning flight the next day out of Evansville Aiport. I was looking for a Box in the Evansville area to get in a WOD before heading out for the night. I was staying in the Hampton Inn by the airport and saw that this Box was 5 minutes away. I dropped off my bags and headed over to work out. I was greeted by Coach Sara who welcomed me like I was a member of her location. I changed and warmed up and did the WOD with a solid group of CrossFitters. The folks who I worked out with are true champions and put me to the test, but I did get to an 80% max on Deadlifts so I was pretty happy with that. I had a great time and a great workout with this and hope to be back one day. If you're looking for a place to work out and maybe not challenged by the hotel gym, head on over they will take good care of you. Be prepared to sweat!!

If you have thought of trying it, you should!. Its taught me more about how to move correctly for pain prevention in daily situations too, which I appreciate as a parent."
