Positive experience: Always clean, good location, central Evans. Nice gym, areas to relax, use computers, and play pool. Multi use building houses City of Evans council chambers, city management and Police. Well maintained. Good place to take the kids for exercise and fun. Votes can be dropped off here during municipal elections.
