Fantastic experience: Great cycling space. Music isn't too loud, fun lighting, every instructor has her own personality. Each instructor has great energy! Space and bikes are super clean and riders are required to wear bike shoes for safety, which I really appreciate. I'm not there year-round, really just one month every year, but they still treat me like a regular. Highly recommend this studio. Would love to see at least one Sunday class.

Fantastic experience: I have never cycled before, but Tiffany's class made me into a fan! The first class is free so it was a low risk decision to try it out. When I first arrived Tiffany had a fresh sports bottle with name on it as a gift for coming, which was so nice especially given that I hadn't paid anything to be there! It was such a nice unexpected touch that instantly put me at ease with being there. Tiffany was cheerful and charasmatic as she explained exactly what I could expect and helped get me outfitted with some shoes for the class. Once the class began she maintained that enthusiasm, you could really tell she loves helping people push themselves and she was very good at explaining what we were doing throughout the session. I never felt uncomfortable or like an outsider, it was a very welcoming environment. I will absolutely be going back!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first cycle class and Tiffany made it a very welcoming experience. She was great about making sure I knew what to expect from class, she even had a water bottle with my name on it as a keepsake! There were shoes available to rent, first class they were free. The music and tempo of the class were great. Every spin class needs an upbeat, motivated instructor and she did not disappoint. I will certainly go back!

Fantastic experience: Very good atmosphere and great instructor. I'm a bicyclist during the summer and winter when the weather permits. This class and time of day is perfect for my schedule.
