CrossFit^® Evviva

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Evviva for almost two years and I can't recommend it highly enough. The coaches do a great job of getting to know each member: they know when to accommodate and also when to use tough love to push people through discomfort to reach their goals. The coaches here also have a great sense of humor, which is something I've found sorely lacking at other CrossFit gyms.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit experience depends a great deal on your instructors. This gym has the best. If you are going to pick a gym you need to check this one out first. You won't be sorry. The instructor are invested in helping you improve and there is a great team atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I Teach/practice Brazilian jiu jitsu daily at NWMA, so im not a stranger to high intensity workouts. I am always looking for new physical challenges, and without fail every time i walk into Evviva one of there awesome coaches (Byron, Caitlen or Rachel) make sure thats exactly what you get! I have been training here for a month now and have learned so much, and gained a new level of fitness... and its just the beginning! before choosing a gym i checked out several local crossfit gyms, and felt Evviva was the whole package. If your interested in joining a crossfit gym Evvivas the spot!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a week, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. The workouts have great programming, and the equipment is all top-notch. The coaches are very good, too! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for 3 days straight, doing class plus extra stuff on my own. Great gym - has all the equipment you need, a good amount of space, and great location! They even have an Oly room! All the owners and instructors were great - friendly/welcoming and offered great coaching tips. I will definitely return when I am back in Eugene. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in a couple times last week while visiting family in the area and had a great time. They were very responsive by email and made it easy to come in. The coaching and programming were both great and the members were friendly. I highly recommend for anyone looking to drop in if they're in the area or looking for a new gym.

Fantastic experience: Top notch gym with top notch coaches. I had several professors advise me against Crossfit and gave it a bad name. I decided to try it and it was one of the best decisions I have made. It does not just feel like a gym, it feels like a family. People I don't even know are genuinely excited for my progress and are extremely supportive. The coaches know their stuff and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. They have made the experience one that I always share and encourage others to get involved with.
