Evolve Fitness Studios

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Evolve for many years, since they opened. I have been impressed by many of their instructors, particularly everyone that I took Reformer Pilates with (Nikiem, Jessie and Tina). Jessie Newell and and Jon Leisenring have helped me through last several years to recover from injuries, become stronger and simply be active. Working with them improved my physical and mental health, and encouraged me to achieve much more than I hope for. Their skills and knowledge has been very helpful and their kindness has been true delight during some of most difficult times. It is one of the hardest thing to say goodbye to these people.

Fantastic experience: I joined Evolve to add something new to my running workouts. I have found so many classes at Evolve that have fit really great into my cross-training. First spin classes. At Evolve I have found great spin instructors that know how to motivate, teach great and play all kinds of music. Spinning is a great workout, gets the heart rate up. It also provides the cardio workout without impact on my joints. Second, are the Strength for Runners classes. The strength classes are taught by physical therapists who work with us to build strong and injury-resistant muscles. These are just a few of the extraordinary classes taught at Evolve. This is a fantastic gym that offers an array of fun classes and great community. It’s a wonderful investment in my overall health.

Fantastic experience: After having tried out a number of fitness programs in Eugene, I was happy to discover Evolve. The studio has top of the line equipment, a comfortable relaxing ambiance, and excellent trainers. Definitely a top rating!
