Fantastic experience: I went to this gym and before you know it I was burning calories. Work out and yoga was a great combo. I've lost weight and feel good about my progress.

Fantastic experience: I have reached my heaviest weight ever and I know I needed a change and needed someone to motivate me without yelling at me. He's firm in his direction but not in a way that would make me say...nope not going back. The space is very comfortable and private. I am looking forward to a healthier me and I'm glad to have Vince help me with this very hard transition. I highly recommend him.
