Fantastic experience: I have been going to Midd Fit for over 10 years! The most amazing support from Jerrod and his staff has been the encouragement toward consistency of life fitness! Not just a gym with equipment that no one cares. This is a safe place that supports my mental, nutritional and fitness goals, with emotional support through all of the difficult times of life! As all service-based businesses have been beat-up in the past 3 years, Jerrod has literally not taken a paycheck to continue to support the community by allowing anyone with difficulties to continue their exercise programs, thus allowing the mental growth and support to help us all through these difficult times. Jerrod continues to work toward maintaining, and improving the facilities, to keep up and set the standard for health and wellbeing for the future of Middlebury! This is truly one of the most amazing facilities in the industry!

Fantastic experience: Owners are great with communicating in a timely and professional manner. Very willing to accommodate a variety of situations. The gym is always clean and organized. I love that with the membership you have access to group classes as well! FYI Vanessa is a great yoga instructor!

Fantastic experience: The best small town gym! It’s never too busy, locker rooms are always clean, and the staff is the so kind and friendly. They also have really good protein shakes!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had the best experience at middlebury fitness! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, they really are an extension of this community! The facilities are spacious, machines are well situated, the locker rooms and bathrooms are always very clean! The building is beautiful and any trainer I’ve had an interaction with wether in a class or lobby is always motivational and helpful. All around , only gym worth giving your business to Im this town and area !

Fantastic experience: The owners and staff have been amazing to me. I had lost 130lbs prior to going there. The first few times, I would literally cry, because I was overwhelmed, scared and couldn’t remember how things worked. I’ve also had a stroke, so staff need to repeat things to me a number of times sometimes. They are always professional, kind and considerate to me. I can’t stress this enough, particularly regarding my initial few weeks and months attending the gym. I’ve been there for 2 years now. I can’t imagine being anywhere else. I workout between 3-5 day per week, so I’m there a lot. They and other members are still some of my biggest cheerleaders Me-at a gym? I don’t even recognize myself sometimes and it’s with their help that I keep going on my healthier living journey.
