Fantastic experience: All Star is excellent in working with in this case teenage kids prepping them for reaching their goals. He pushes them to be the best they want to be. He can make their workouts work toward the sport they are competing in. Phil is great my kids always come away from workout feeling like they have achieved something great

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a basketball player and started going here about 6 months ago great decision on my part to pick this place, and she loves it. If you are looking to improve your speed and agility along with gaining strength. This place is top notch. The trainers do a great job and get alot done in a 1 hour session. And very fairly priced.
