Fantastic experience: I LOVE ProjectMove! Fun classes, which are always different, the coaches are awesome, and so are the other people working out! I'm an old crone empty-nester, and this place gives me something to look forward to every day.
Fantastic experience: ProjectMOVE is a great gym! I would recommend it to anyone at any age for any fitness level. If you want to change your life this is a great place to start! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and are there to help you reach your goals!
Fantastic experience: The workouts can be challenging but the coaches offer the option for modifications to the athletes ability. Pushes you to aim higher on your next workout! Plenty of options for different workouts and they offer multiple times in the mornings and evenings. Try the intro class..it'll give you a great sample of the training
Fantastic experience: ProjectMove is the best gym I've ever belonged to! The programming is challenging, but fun, and easily scaled to any ability level. The coaches are knowledgeable and get to know each athlete well. Small class sizes make it feel like you're getting personal training. The staff will do anything they can to help you reach your goals. There's a great sense of community at ProjectMove which makes each class fun and encouraging. You definitely want to check out this phenomenal gym! You'll be hooked after one class!

Phenomenal hands on Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Professional and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches. ProjectMOVE's staff does an outstanding job providing a safe and non intimidating environment for all types of fitness levels to learn movement pattern and receive guaranteed results! Our members and community are consistently training inside the gym, but love taking their fitness talents outside the gym and adventure throughout Colorado! You owe it to yourself to come check this place out!!
Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. The workouts are challenging, but the Intro to Crossfit class helped me gain more confidence and educated me on all the things I need to know to be successful. Good people who genuinely care about your fitness journey!!
Fantastic experience: Such a great place to better your self physically. Its more than just a gym, it is a community of coaches and people with the same goals (the goals to get healthier, stronger, and better as a whole). The Facility is top of the line with a coaching staff to match.
Fantastic experience: I've been working out at ProjectMOVE since January of this year and have developed an unexpected love for crossfit. The facility is awesome and the coaches are wonderful! Each WOD is designed for individual fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Most of all it's fun and challenging every time I'm here!
Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I've been joined to various gyms throughout my lifetime and this is the first gym that really motivates me and I feel a sense of community. Each coach takes a personal interest in you to see that you're doing your best, both in form and in pushing your limits. The people there are friendly and awesome!
Fantastic experience: By far the best gym, it is much more than just "crossfit" box. The integration of movement and flow and proper body mechanics as a building block minimizing injury, while allowing people who are inexperienced with this type of training to not be intimidated about joining this community.
Fantastic experience: ProjectMove is the best! Super welcoming and designed for ALL skill levels. Great coaches and members, not to mention some of the best chiropractors, doctors, and PT's in the area. I feel like I'm pushed every time I work out and the atmosphere is great. I never did CrossFit before PM and I never felt intimidated or pushed to the point of injury. The coaches are sincere about the members and their progress, and help them reach their monthly goals. There are tons of different classes offered and they are always the perfect size. Best CrossFit and Movement place around, hands down.
Fantastic experience: My favorite place to train! It has a very comfortable family/team feel. The program design is the best I've seen and they have a great coaching staff that concentrates on proper movement. And, they have clean bathrooms and showers!
Fantastic experience: Been working out at ProjectMove for a little over a month, a mix of personal training and doing the intro to crossfit class. I think it's fantastic that they take an educational approach to working out and not just tossing you into the deep end with no explanation of form or movement etc. Wide variety of classes as well, not just crossfit. Everyone is very welcoming and they absolutely know their stuff. If you have been looking for a better place to train or work out, this is it.
Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Best coaches around and they genuinely CARE about everyone's fitness goals. This place is unique because they have more to offer than just CrossFit. They have professional level performance training, kettle bell classes, chiropractors, recovery equipment and yoga! Friendly yet challenging. Love it!
Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit gym in Colorado. Where else can you get a free apprasail on how your body moves- corrective excersizes for your faults, train for an obstacle race (Spartan, Tough Mudder, etc), a rehab and RockTape room, and chiropractor/ CrossFit coaches all in one place?!?! If you love to workout in any capacity, for any goal, you've got to come check it out. This place really believes in keeping people safe, scaling down for people who need it, providing competition level programming if that's your niche, and want some thing new and fun to do to get in the shape you want to be in.... this is the place for you. Come check it out. I love this place!!!! And your first week is free!!
Fantastic experience: Great environment, clean, well maintained and staffed with experienced and knowledgeable coaches. Well managed workouts that employs a 4-level training system so newcomers are not overwhelmed - a very unique and desirable attribute of this box gym.
Fantastic experience: I just finished the intro classes at Project Move and feel great, I was a bit worried about getting into a crossfit type gym but the excellent coaching during the intro classes makes me feel comfortable joining the regular classes. At 50 years old I was worried about injuries but the coaching made the whole process safe and I feel like I can move forward without worrying about old injuries and just keep getting stronger. Great Coaching, great team building atmosphere, great space with new equipment, great for the family we take our kids for the workout on the weekend. Above average experience for both me and my wife, we are excited and happy that we found Project Move.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been coming here for just over 2 months and I can say we have loved every minute of it. At most other gyms we never really felt comfortable being there but that has not ever been the case at ProjectMove, from the moment we walked in until now. They gym has so many different and diverse classes, there really is something for everyone. The Coaches are great and always make sure to explain what is going on. They love to have fun but they understand there is a time to be playful and a time to take things seriously and work hard. Every single coach is there to support you in your fitness goals and each member is going to cheer you on and congratulate you as you get there. My wife and I were pretty active before joining (gym 3 times a week) but we have made huge strides since joining, mainly in the areas of strength and mobility thanks to the help of the coaches at ProjectMove.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member for just over a month and find myself looking forward to going to work out each day. The staff and fellow members are continuously there supporting each other, whether its giving pointers on techniques or cheering you on as you near the finish of the work out. The staff has created a community of athletes and that is what gets me excited to go to the gym.
Fantastic experience: PROJECTMOVE is just AWESOME! Incredibly personal one on one guidance from qualified and caring trainers, along with an atmosphere of teamwork from participants and coaches bringing all levels of Crossfit together to work harder and reach goals with real results! Picking up weights and putting them down is my past and ProjectMove is today, tomorrow and everyday after for me. I highly recommend ProjectMove, all the coaches and participants as the place to become the person you want to be.
Fantastic experience: I love ProjectMOVE! Before ProjectMOVE, I had tried so many different things, traditional big box gyms, boot camps, personal trainers but the results were always the same. No understanding of how my body works as an individual. ProjectMOVE is NOT that place. They have amazing trainers that are more like coaches- in fact that is what they are called. They work with you; not just stand by and drill you into exhaustion. You set goals together and celebrate together when you meet those goals. You will be encouraged by a whole new family: the entire staff as well as all of the other members. It truly is an amazing place, thank you ProjectMOVE!
Fantastic experience: This place has an awesome community! The classes are small and the coaches really make an effort to get to know you and are able to focus on your technique to make sure it's correct while also pushing and challenging you. Great place to work out surrounded by encouragement and challenges! They also have an intro class that I went through before getting started and it was still challenging but was a good introduction into the techniques and gave you the confidence to move forward into the regular classes.
Fantastic experience: ProjectMOVE is the BEST place to workout. All fitness levels will feel comfortable in any class. There is also Nutrition coaching and mobility training available to help you become a better athlete overall!
Fantastic experience: What do I love about ProjectMove? EVERYTHING. The coaches are excellent, the wrote are challenging but fun, and the competitiveness is awesome. it's the perfect place for someone who wants to just be fit to someone who wants to compete in Crossfit or get better at sports performance. the coaches truly care about your progress and actually coach you through it all. overall the best gym hands down that I have ever belonged to!!
Fantastic experience: One of the best things about ProjectMOVE is that newcomers are started in the intro class and emphasis is placed on correct form and not doing more than you're able. The coaches push you without putting you in danger. I also like that at the beginning of many of the classes, we'll go around and introduce ourselves and tell something about ourselves. I'm surprised I like this aspect because gym time is usually a solitary thing for me (by preference.) All the coaches are very accommodating and friendly. Many of the members are too--it's not intimidating coming in as an overweight newbie like it might be at other places. I also like that there are events that take place outside of the gym, making it feel like a community.

Fantastic experience: While visiting Denver for six weeks, I came across Axistence. The gym itself has everything you would need to accomplish a HIIT-type workout, and the coaches are the best! Each coach demonstrates the philosophy at Axistence, leading you towards outcomes that focus on longevity and well-being instead of pushing yourself to the limits. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout, coaches, and community.
Fantastic experience: I am so happy that Project Move is in Wash Park now!! The owners and coaches are terrific. They are caring and driven to help meet your goals. A lot of CrossFit gyms are moving away from on-ramping, but it is a really important part of the Project Move brand. I did several one-on-ones with Garrett early on and it made a huge impact on me. I've been CrossFitting for 5 years and feel like a brand now athlete at Project Move. The have two tracts of programming every day - whether you are maintaining your fitness or really want to challenge yourself. I can't say enough about this gym, their philosophy and the owners.
Fantastic experience: Been going for a month now and it's awesome. Like crossfit + strongman + endurance training. Lots of fun toys, great facility, great coaching, great programming. What more could you want?
Fantastic experience: I finished the 6 week challenge recently and boy did it work. I personally lost 25 pounds and am feeling better than I have in a long time! If you follow the training regimen and diet you will see results. Period. Also has a nice atmosphere and the trainers are very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic experience: It's so hard to believe that six weeks ago, I found this crazy 6-week challenge at ProjectMove. I was curious when I saw the ad on Facebook, so I checked it out. Then, I made the radical decision to do it. At first I thought it was a mistake - that I wouldn't be able to lose 5% of my body fat to win the challenge. It was difficult... but 19 pounds and 9% of my body fat later, I won the challenge. However, this gym did more than just help me lose weight. They helped my movement/flexibility, and gave me direction on how to make exercise more efficient. Additionally, they helped me figure out the guess-work in nutrition, and even gave me some great recipes to try! Doing the 6-week challenge seemed impossible at first, but with all the phenomenal support and coaching of the trainers, I'm proud to say I did it. Thank you for the fitness jump-start ProjectMove!
Fantastic experience: I have been struggling to lose weight and find motivation to go to the gym ProjectMove has changed that. Their coaches are a great combination of teacher, motivator, and cheerleader. The team environment really makes you push beyond what you think you can. I have seen more gains in the few weeks that I have been there than I saw in the 1st half of 2019.
Fantastic experience: I joined Project Move in December. And have absolutely loved the workout culture and the coaches. They take the time to work with you and learn what your goals are. I participated in the 6 week challenge. I met my goal of 5% body. I lost even more: 6.4% body fat loss. The kettle bell classes are a favorite of mine!
Fantastic experience: I love the different options they have here. I am fairly new to Crossfit so it was nice to have some optional beginner classes that helped me learn the movements. The coaches are awesome and I will definitely be back.
Fantastic experience: Excellent awareness among trainers. Not to mention, multiple coaches went, in my opinion, above and beyond to ensure Project Move is a place I felt well taken care of. My favorite class happens to be Barbell Club with Hy. No matter your level of abilty or interest, there is likely something for you at Project Move!
Fantastic experience: ProjectMOVE is a GREAT CrossFit gym. Their employees are amazing and personable. I joined the gym for a few short months but had to abandon my membership for financial reasons. When I was able to get back into my routine, Brandon remembered my name and made me feel extremely welcome. He made it a point to come and talk to me which really went a long way. It's little things like this that make me want to be a long term member of this gym. Also, it is one of the few gyms I've found that allows for Open Gym without frowning upon it. Most CrossFit style gyms really push that you're a part of their classes and programming; and while I have been a part of many classes at other gyms and love getting to know new people and benefit from the class/coach pushing you, sometimes it is nice to step into the gym to do your own thing. Furthermore, they offer the Open Gym option at a cheaper rate than the unlimited gym membership which is very nice for individuals who have a more strict budget. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Project Move! All the coaches are great. I was new to the gym environment, and between the coaches help and encouragement from other members I feel comfortable and have gained so much strenghth in just a few months!
Fantastic experience: Convenient class times. Great coaches. I really enjoy the Fit classes, they kick my butt in a good way! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a little more motivation or discipline or just a change of pace to get into shape.
Fantastic experience: Honestly best Crossfit class I've ever taken. Trainer Jordan was super helpful and made sure everyone was prioritizing form and safety over speed. He even stopped a few folks during the WOD to reinforce proper form and even had one gal reduce weight. Facility was nice and large and had everything you'd hope for.
Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best place to workout. I haven't found a better place since I was playing sports and training. I have so much more energy and I'm getting stronger. Aaron and Lindsey are the best trainers and are very motivating and supportive. I never want to stop doing this!

Fantastic experience: We've been working out at Project Move for almost a year now. We are moving out of the area, and i'm most bummed about the move because now we'll be too far away from PM. This is the best gym i've ever been to, and it's set the bar for my expectations for any future gym. The coaches, team atmosphere, amazing facilities, convenient class schedule, and top-of-the-line equipment make this gym a level above the rest. What you get for the price is unbelievable. We've made some great friendships at this gym, and if we ever move back within a 30 minute radius of PM, I guarantee we will sign back up the first day we're back. Fantastic experience: What a great place to not only improve your current fitness level, but learn about the basics as well. The knowledge and willingness of the coaches to go above and beyond for their athletes is awesome! I started with the best self challenge and now I'm hooked!

Fantastic experience: I never worked out regularly until I started going to CrossFit at ProjectMove. It's been about 5 months now and I'm in the best shape of my life. I was never the type to go to a regular gym and workout on my own. I never knew what to do and it got boring really fast. I was brand new to CrossFit but the coaches here were great and helped me learned all of the proper movements so that I wouldn't hurt myself.
Fantastic experience: I finally look forward to working out! Love the mix of CrossFit and FIT classes. Workouts are challenging and fun. They change daily so the workouts are never boring. Coaches are great at adapting workouts for injuries and abilities. Love this place!
Fantastic experience: Prior to finding ProjectMOVE, my exercise routine consisted of 'run when i felt like it' and a month here or there with other fitness concepts, where I quickly got bored with the routine and never felt a personal connection to the place. After mustering up the courage to try the Intro class at ProjectMove (which really wasn't necessary as the coaches and other athletes make everyone feel welcome and help you ease in based on wherever you are with your fitness), I got hooked, signed the whole family up and now we're there 4-5 times per week. The strength and mobility training have made me a faster, more efficient runner (with way fewer injuries, yay!) and I'm proud that daily activities such as multiple flights of stairs when the elevator's broken or carrying heavy luggage while running through the airport have become no big deal. The sense of community at ProjectMOVE is strong, Shane and the other coaches set a positive, inclusive and collaborative tone and I actually look forward to the 4:52am alarm so I can join my fellow 5:30am classmates in whatever challenge the coaches have put together for us that day.
Fantastic experience: Since joining ProjectMOVE, I have nothing but great things to say this place. It all starts with the amazing owners of the gym and everything trickles down from there. They focus on community, fitness, health and life in general. They partner with physical therapists, doctors and even yoga studios (4 free yoga classes a month at Outlaw Yoga!) to make sure athletes are well rounded and taking care of themselves. The coaches push and work with each individual athlete to grow in strength, fitness and proper technique. On top of all that the community at ProjectMOVE is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend contacting Shane (owner) and checking them out for their free week deal.
