Fantastic experience: Great club to get a complete workout. Plenty of space. Newer equipment recently installed. Great price, can't beat that! Clean and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am saddened to find out that Joseline is leaving Crunch Fitness! She is the best manager the Gym has had since I joined 7 years ago. She is kind, attentive to members' concerns, doing the best she can to keep the Gym in good shape. She is always on the gym floor making sure all the weights area properly racked. She is the ONLY manager I have ever seen physically cleaning the machines, emptying the garbage cans. I don't think Crunch will ever have another manager as good as Joseline. It is unfortunate she will no longer with us. I and other members will definitely miss her presence. Wherever she is going will be very lucky to have her, I believe Crunch management lost a great talent. Good luck in your new endeavors Joseline!!!

Fantastic experience: Great "big box" gym. Plenty of equipment and space. It can get crowded during typical times (late afternoon into the evening), but that's to be expected. Clean, management and staff have upped their game in this department.

Fantastic experience: New manager was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer my questions and made herself available for any issues.

The facility was super clean too!

Fantastic experience: Such an upgrade, the new manager which I believe to be a woman Jocelyn is really making a change, more trainers, bathroom is clean, just overall upgrade of the culture!

Fantastic experience: "Thank-you Crunch" for getting a new manager at the Paramus location. Her name is Jocelyn and she is a major plus. Not only was she super friendly; but she was also super helpful and extremely knowledgeable which hasn't been the case in the past year. I was going to cancel my membership but now I have decided to stay. Only because of her. Thank-you for letting me share my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this gym it is clean and very friendly. All staff is polite and kind however I do wish all classes would be allowed for members and that another room would be open separate for core exercises.

The gym is huge and has plenty of space to free weights, cardio, or any type of workout. It has an aesthetic look and the workers are extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Paramus is where I became confident again. With the help from the trainers at Crunch, especially Wayne my personal trainer, I was able to learn how to get back in control over my body. Wayne taught me proper form, exercises to reach my goals, and how to track my macros for recomposition. The staff here is awesome and will always do what ever is in their power to keep gym members happy. One of the things I love most here is that the trainers are always providing form suggestion even if they are not training you at that moment. Crunch Paramus is a gym that cares. Keep it up and thanks for the motivation you guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I came back here from a different gym not too far from here but, to be honest, aside from the price, the customer service here is totally different. Very welcoming! Always willing to help. The trainers are incredible with answering any questions I may have. All in all, it's great to be back and i look forward to continuing my workouts here.

Fantastic experience: A great, energizing class with with Kate who focused on our form and provided a variety of movements and kept things moving and interesting. Looking forward to more classes. Pattie is a wonderfully challenging instructor. She helped us adjust the reformer and straps for our height, and kept an eye on our form throughout class. Killer inner thigh and side plank movements. Looking forward to my next class. Jaimie knew exactly what I needed when focusing on glutes, obliques, hamstrings, and the core today. Jaimie is so easy to follow and watches over us to ensure proper form and provides modifications as necessary. Enjoyable challenge that gives more energy after her class. Cannot wait until my next class. Great Pilates Reformer class with Jaimie today. Jaimie gave thorough explanations/demonstrations of the various exercises giving us a more cardio workout, kept us motivated with high energy and ensured we kept proper form. Looking forward to my next class.

Fantastic experience: Our favorite place to distress while working out. Friendly, respectable and always smiling staff. Classes are fun. With great Internet connection you are in your own world with earbuds with being with everyone in the gym.
