Fantastic experience: I hated going to the gym. And I mean that with a passion. People judging you while you are on machines that you have no clue what you're doing on. The feeling of being lost, confused and then disappointed was a constant. Then I found the Fit Factory. The trainers are probably the best people you will meet. They make sure you are doing the right thing and that you are comfortable but more importantly safe. However, one of the best parts is the other people that go there. The trainers truly created a family environment and everyone is so welcoming. You will not only get a great workout, with results, but also gain motivation to make working out a daily thing. The Fit Factory is not a trend, its a lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I've only been at TheFitFactory for two months, but my time there has been awesome. They have exceptional trainers who go the extra mile for everyone. They make you feel comfortable and are very welcoming from the start which is something I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I hadn't worked out in a very long time prior to joining and they helped me get back on track, I now feel myself getting stronger and into better shape with every class I attend! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: The Fit Factory is by far one of the best fitness facilities in North Bergen (Englewood NJ) the entire team is user friendly LOL. They cater to all, for individuals like myself that are up their in age that need specific instructions to assist them on their fitness journey, I couldn't have picked a better place to become a member. Actually, I'm not a member, I'm Down With The Fit Factory Family Forever!!!!!

Mike, T, and Jess each provide a unique way of teaching exercises, but what they share in common is their dedication to challenging us to be the best we can be during each workout.
