Fantastic experience: A bit busy on Mondays, but aside from that everyone is friendly and respectful. The equipment is kept clean by others and cleaning happens often.

Positive experience: It's a great gym and has plenty of good work out equipment, though it feels like it's still under renovations, and it used to have a room with punching bags for combat practice, but they have long since removed them, so it feels like it offers less than it used to. But it's still a great gym nonetheless.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is member friendly. Some wear masks & some don't. There are sufficient products to clean their hands & equipment after use. The Gym is clean & I find the equipment well maintained

Positive experience: I got the membership to use the sauna as a family. They did not tell us that there are two saunas one in the men’s locker room one in the women’s locker room, so the family can not sweat together. After you are in the sauna just a few minutes the motion lights go out in the locker rooms. It is not good for my 71 year old mother, and it freaks my son out when he has to sauna alone and then the lights go out and he has to stumble towards the door to activate the motion sensing light! Not good, I am giving up my membership!

Fantastic experience: This place has the energy of the old school, power house guns from the 70s with modern injected into it. It allows you the freedom to get into your own world without bumping elbows and the weights to push off you're feeling powerful. Love this place.

Positive experience: Awesome gym. Missing out on the lifting straps. But otherwise has everything you need to workout. One big problem I have is employees are not there very often which makes getting a membership difficult. I have seen very few of the employees. The person trainers seem very good and work hard from what I have seen and they have tons of equipment.

Fantastic experience: This is a top notch gym offering a range of free classes to include Yoga,Spin,Zumba,Boxing, and Boot Camp. They have saunas in both locker rooms, a couple of tanning beds and they have 24 hour access. The owners and staff really cater to your needs and are helpful and friendly. This has an old school vibe with reasonable rates.
