Positive experience: I writing this in hope that anyone that joins the fitness studio is very mindful about communications with the accounting/membership department. I verbally changed my membership status once and had to call again because it was never changed. So I spoke TWICE to the same person asking for a downgrade and twice they failed to change and over charged me for services I didn't use The classes and instructors are great very challenging, the community of clients super nice and supportive like a little family eh!! but I just can't handled the lack of follow through with accounting, don't play with my money because its not cheap. I cancelled and didn't even ask for a refund for next two weeks.. HA that would have been a rabbit hole Im sure.. If you ever need to modify your membership or make a change BEST to email, because the accounting team has very selective memory of who they speak or what about, which rubs me very raw.. Otherwise GREAT fitness studio if you are into group training. Definitely check it out!
