Fantastic experience: Went here on a trial - really supportive staff, and tough but rewarding class! I enjoyed the variety of the workouts, and the instructor filled me in on stuff I didn't know how to do.

Fantastic experience: First fitness club to get me hooked and coming back regularly. Staff could not be nicer and more supportive and knowledgeable. Dealing with a shoulder injury and John one of the owners knows his stuff and has me on the road to recovery. Atmosphere is friendly and open and chill. Good music. Also, sometimes dogs for comedic relief.

Fantastic experience: The best place to learn Kettlebell Sport in the Bay Area! John and Nazo run an amazing gym that is recognized as one of the top GS sport gyms in the world! You definitely have to check them out! Your first week is free so you have nothing to lose! Look for parking in the neighborhood nearby, no dedicated parking that I know of for the gym.
