Fantastic experience: Love Journey Fitness and the family. Began my journey on January 5th after my doctor told me I was fat. Lol Truth hurts! He said, you need to lose weight and exercise. He wrote on my annual physical form OBESE. From then, end of November, until May 15th I have lost 35lbs. Better then that in my opinion is that Journey Fitness is teaching me how to eat right and excerize. Travis Barnes told me 80% is eating right and 20% is excerize. This team is amazing! They offer coaching, hold you accountable by providing a food journal, a weekly weigh-in, nutrition class and a lot of at-a-boys. As Tina often says you can pay now at Journey Fitness or pay later with high medical bills. Check out your work benefits to see if they will pay part or all of the cost, budget it in, get a loan or just figure it out because it is worth it. You will get more then you pay for.
