Fantastic experience: Had a chance to train here for about a week and loved it. The owners treat everyone like family and are super welcoming. I am not sure what programming they use but the workouts were great, both strengths and METCONS. I really liked how, on Saturday, there was a partner hero wod - it was a lot of fun and all the athletes were very encouraging of each other. When you think of a what a CrossFit gym should be, this is the place that comes to mind! It's perfect for beginners or experienced athletes.
