Fantastic experience: It has all kinds of work out equipment. its neat, clean and equipment layout is good. Very good price! I got a year's membership for $99.89 - you can't beat that! It's never too crowded. Staff is good too.

Fantastic experience: For $13 per month this place is awesome! It is clean and very spacious, the staff are nice and the lockers are great. It has all the cardio you could ever want and had great weight training too.

Fantastic experience: As of this month I have been a member for 2 years. I'm physically challenged with full spinalhardware, Age 64 Wt 198, former bodybuilder. Since the beginning of 2022 I've accomplished the following and they're all posted on YouTube: 1. 335 lb Decline Bench Press Full Spinal Hardware 2. 360 lb 2x Seated Bench Press, Full Spinal Hardware, and most recently 3. 630 lb 7x (14-45 lb Plates) Angle Leg Press Full Spinal Hardware, and became a I.S.S.A. Certified Personnel Trainer. Hec, just this morning, 10/2/22 , I through on 680 lbs and completed 3x. So wether your a former bodybuilder or just looking to improve your health, regardless of your health and age, Crunch Fitness is the happening place to socialize and meet people.

Fantastic experience: Today was very good. Wasn't crowded and got thru my workout pretty smoothly. I have to say the personnel at Crunch are always so nice, love going there.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism Ive been working out at crunch for alittle over a year, they have the heavy equipment I need for training especially if your going to set a New Record for your weight and age class set November 5, 2021 "315 lb Decline Bench Press age 63 Wt 189" on YouTube . The staff are professional, and the female gym members are attractive guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I love punching and kicking the bags, it's so nice to have a gym with them. In fact they have about 4. The recreational/turf area is also a great addition for a variety of training methods. Nice to be a part of a welcoming and accepting gym. Staff is wonderfully playful and professional. The equipment is in working order. Definitely a great place to get a consistent workout.

Fantastic experience: I love Crunch in Elk Grove! The trainers are always willing to offer assistance and advice and the front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a family here!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms but this location is my favorite by far. The staff and management are extremely friendly and always ensure that the facility is clean. The treadmills are high quality with many machines available and there is an abundance of TRX straps in great condition. I have been a member here for two years and highly recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: So excited about returning to a fit community. Took a couple of classes to find the coaches that are really motivating and pump me up! I'd say could use a good deep clean, but I've definitely seen worse.

Fantastic experience: I love Crunch Elk Grove. My daughter and I visited the gym to check it out and joined together. We love the atmosphere and staff. Signed up with a trainer for our free Crunch Kickoff with Michele. She was great and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Got my daughter signed up for training session with her, she is awesome! Best thing we ever did.

Fantastic experience: Always get greeted and promptly checked in by the front desk staff. Workout equipment is always in good working condition. Free weights and machines are spread out so people with all different abilities get a chance to try new exercises. Also have lockers available for use.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Crunch is my therapy. The equipment is great. The staff is amazing. I tend to go early in the morning and it is the best time to go in my opinion. Thank you Crunch especially for having the option of beating on the punching bag that not many other gyms offer.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of Crunch fitness located in Grove California. Since I’ve been going to crunch for the last three months I’ve met some exceptional staff members. By exceptional, they are there to assist you with any questions you have about their facility, machines, routines and the such and all with no judgement. The comfort level can be felt throughout your visit. I took advantage of my birthday one on one training. That can be intimidating and very personal but it was relaxing and enjoyable. . It’s a no judgment gym workout. Not like same as other gyms I’ve worked out in the past where you felt like you are at a meat market or at a night club. The other members from what I’ve observed are there for one sole purpose, the betterment of oneself. As for the price and location, It’s a win-win opportunity. No judgements, always positivity and assistance in any new work out or machine you’re interested in adding to your work out routine.. No matter the size I have been here for over 5 years and have always reached any new fitness goal I set my mind to. Literally love it here, just wish they’d open at least 1 hour earlier.. But over all LOVE IT!!

Fantastic experience: Love crunch gym and the staff . Everyone is so friendly and helpful . We have been coming for years ! We are bummed that they got shut down again after meeting all the safety protocols. All the members were amazing at wiping everything before and after . Wearing their masks and staying separated . Can’t wait to get back when they open .

As a person who has always been over weight my trainer and staff always so encouraging and motivating. This gym is always clean, staff and people there are friendly. The classes they offer with their instructos are just THE BOMB If you haven't tried this gym yet, give it a try....

Fantastic experience: Great gym. It only costs me $15 for a month. It's close to the highway 99, so it is very convenient as well. People who work there are all very friendly. Facility is always clean.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!! Never once felt uncomfortable, love the atmosphere. All the staff is amazing, and very informative. Also I love how they’re a smaller gym but they still have everything I need ((and more)). I would definitely recommend, I’m already trying to get my friend to join with me.

Fantastic experience: Look. I've been doing the gym thing for a long time. And finding a gym that has good variety and cleanliness plus incredibly polite staff is hard to get for such a cheap price. Only thing i would add is an approval squat rack because squats. Sabrina hooked me up with a good deal and will likely have gained a lifetime customer.

The people who go there are serious about there health and work out....no one is intimidated or intimidating. I was a guess of my niece who is a member and was so impressed by the place I joined after my visit.

Fantastic experience: Smaller gym but they always have equipment available. Take a HIIT class, you won't regret it. Ive always been a workout from home kind of person, but this was what i was missing. Their moto is No Judgment, and honestly there isn't any. Its comfortable being there at any time.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy the friendly staff at crunch. It's really not that crowded of course at certain times it may be more credit than others but for the most part machines are available. Bathrooms are clean the facility is clean

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for a little over a month and I like it quite well the staff is friendly and I dont typically have to wait for a machine or free weights. Although if you are a serious bodybuilder type this gym is not for you dumbells stop at 100 lb

Fantastic experience: Great price for a gym. Never had an issue checking in. People at the front desk are always helpful and great at multitasking answering questions and signing people in. Recently signed back up and appreciate the changes to the HIIT area. A truly great value gym.

It's never too crowded to do anything, though the free weight section is usually pretty full & it's intimidating to try and break your way into the pack as a rookie gym user. All the members are super friendly so far. The staff too is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try and upsell too much.

Fantastic experience: LOVE this gym! although it is pretty crowded you cannot beat their prices & the staff is extra friendly. I just signed up about a week ago and didn't know they were doing a promotion so my first time fee was super cheap and also got personal training sessions for an awesome deal! I did my first training session with Kelley and she is incredible! She is truly there to help you get to where you wanna be with a great attitude and personality! I love coming here !

Fantastic experience: Great neighborhood gym. I confess that I'm an old power lifter. But , hey. It's a fantastic club with more than enough equipment. And no attitudes! I can grunt, and lift; while my daughter gets her workout. And she feels safe; too

Fantastic experience: You can't beat $10.00 a month if what you are looking is just for a gym where you can work out, and don't need the extra stuff this is your place. I like it because is easy and convenient it's not that far from where I like and it has all I need.

After a few months I hired a great PT (Vada). I love what she's doing and the results. I would highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a great place to workout.
