Fantastic experience: The gym overall was awesome! The coaches and staff are the real deal and never push you further than you can take yourself all while knowing how much to motivate you to reach your goals! The burn is real and effective. Members are really friendly and willing to help as well. I’m sure corporate is proud of what this gym is doing. Can not wait to return and get my burn on.

Fantastic experience: Coach Freddie, Marcus, David and Shem are all great and dedicated to seeing that you achieve the goals you set out for yourself. Schedules at the gym are very flexible with at least three classes each day. you will always have a class to fit your busy schedule and to suit your needs. a great family oriented gym for both you and your little ones.

If you're a beginner stop by and the coaches are there to help you get started. If you are advanced this is the place that will push you beyond. Fantastic experience: We've been going for the past 7 months and love it. My girlfriend, brother and I. Feel great after the workout we do the cardio and jiu jitsu. The coaches and staff are friendly and helpful. If your looking for fitness this is the place to go or self defense.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility’s! Clean, well keep and organized . Designated area for childrens safety. Friendly knowledgeable and professional staff ! Super selection of weights, bags and boxing gear . Everyday there’s something new going on there is never a dull moment. The trainers push you to become the best you “YOU”can be ! Fantastic experience: All I hear is waaaa waaaa waaaa... I didn't take atvantage of the jujitsu class... Ohh and lady was it an instructor who broke your sons arm? Or was it a member? My son and I have been members of this gym for a while now, staff and facilities are outstanding!!! No joke!! Yeah my kid caught a nice hook to the face, rung his bell! But I'll tell you what, he learned to keep his hands up!! From a parent who doesn't keep his kid in a plastic bubble, this gym, their instructors are amazing... I've been a member for 6+months ..... But they make my son and I feel like family.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I do like my kickboxing, boxing and jiu jutsu classes. If covid didn't happen, I would do muay thai. But im happy here and thats all that matters

Fantastic experience: They let me train for free one day and I loved it! The workout is great and the trainer was upbeat and keeps you going. The price is a little high for my budget but I highly recommend training here if you want a great workout in a motivating atmosphere.
