Positive experience: It's a really great gym overall and love how quiet it is after hours with the 24 hour membership, so I can work out and not have to be self conscious. It has almost anything you will need out of a gym and is kept neat and tidy. The staff is always cheery and I look forward to seeing the instructors for classes every day. The pool is clean and I love the showers. The only thing I can't stand is the fact that they play FOX news on 5 tvs half the time I'm there. And they're all different channels, so every one is on a different topic. News at all these days probably isn't the best thing to have on at a gym, but ESPECIALLY not FOX or CNN which are both known to be polarizing and disingenuous. The topics are regularly on inflation, immigration, abortion, gun rights, and other highly controversial or distressing topics that I do not want to be distracted with when I'm running. The one time I looked up and it wasn't FOX, they were playing Ancient Aliens??? Wish they would just play sports or something on all of them.... Other than that, I suppose, it's a great place to be.

Positive experience: Gym doesnt allow massive gains, kinda like planet fitness, scares kids and shakes the building

Positive experience: Love that we can go 24/7 now. The pool is not 24/7 but they have blocked hours that they are open with hours that very from day to day.

Fantastic experience: It's an experience that you have to go an imagine for yourself the water temperature was perfect you can work out upstairs if you'd like they've got a man's locker room a woman's locker room for changing and showering stuff overall the great place to go Kids in the Hall

Positive experience: Need to have restroom beside the gym unlocked during tournament even on Sunday. Much easier for handicapped

Fantastic experience: I like the Osage Prairie YMCA its a lot of fun and you can workout at your own pace and its a great way to get out of the house and I would recommend this place to friends and family
