Fantastic experience: Love M.F.O. and the trainers. They meet you where you are and encourage and build you up until you reach your goals, then you reassess and set new ones. You don't become stagnate, only better every day! They are like a 2nd family, helping you become the best you - physically, mentally, and emotionally!
