Fantastic experience: Results Fitness & Nutrition is the place to go if you are looking to change your lifestyle! Brian was my trainer and not only did he get me on the right track with working out, but he gave me a personalized nutrition plan. Everything was specific for my needs and my body type. Beyond that he is a constant source of encouragement the entire way through. The gym is comfortable and not intimidating like walking into a supercenter gym. I was taught how to use each of the machines and the proper technique for each lift on my workout plan. Brian got me into the best shape of my life to compete in the Miss America pageant, but beyond that he taught me HOW to STAY in shape and do it the healthy way. I highly recommend Brian and the entire staff at Results Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a few words about my amazing trainer at Results Fitness in Edmond Oklahoma. His name is Michael Briscoe and I’ve only been training with him for a few weeks. He has helped me so much with training my body, but more importantly, my mind. I had not exercised for over five years and was noticing that I could not keep up with my grandkids anymore! I was feeling tired all the time And my attitude wasn’t great either. It was so depressing looking at myself in the mirror. So taking that first step to get back into the gym scene was so difficult for me because I had been out of the circuit for so long. After talking to Michael, Explaining my health challenges, I felt hopeful again and more at ease. He told me everyone at Results Fitness is very encouraging and never shaming....plus it’s more like a family atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Michael keeps me motivated and eager to try new exercises and is such an inspiration to me. Fantastic experience: I have MANY serious health problems it is uncommon to find professionals with knowledge of the rare conditions and diseases I have Michael Briscoe one of the trainers knew more than some doctors I have seen there are no words to express how comfortable and safe I feel working out at results fitness Brian the owner shows personal interest in each member staff members or answer questions and do what they can to help members reach their fitness goals I have gone to many other gyms none reach the standard of results fitness

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best! Everyone is helpful and friendly. After a very difficult knee replacement surgery my recovery was not going very well. I had used 45 Physical Therapy visits. I had limited mobility and very limited range of motion. When Brian saw me at the gym he immediately offered suggestions to improve. I started seeing him twice a week as my trainer and after only four visits he was helping me turn it around. He is working with me to improve all aspects of the knee recovery while at the same time improving my overall strength and fitness. Every week I am getting a better quality of life. I highly recommend you check out this gym!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always very friendly and upbeat. Although I am not currently using their training services, what I have witnessed, they take great pride in supporting lifestyle change with their clientele. The staff is very knowledgeable and make you feel like extended family.

Fantastic experience: Brian, the owner and the whole crews at Results are such amazing people. They are all genuinely kind and good at what they do. Brian has a really good heart and he was a professional body builder himself! So if you watch Arnold Schwarzeneeger or Dwayne Johnson in movies, you can always see Brian in real life. He is really humble even though he is still really fit just like when he was actively competing. The atmosphere is great! No pressure, just people who want to be better in their health, strength, shape, and confidence. This a really nice locally-owned fitness gym. Hope you all have fun as much as I do!

Fantastic experience: One of the best phone calls my husband and I have ever made! Before working with John Cotton, I would have never set foot into a weight room because I had no idea what I was doing. He has taught us both so much and has overall helped us to learn how to better take care if ourselves. The physical results are great but most of all the confidence I have gained in myself is beyond what I ever thought I could achieve. This atmosphere and the people who help it function everyday are all amazing and very supportive. I feel like I am a part of a family, not just a member of a gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Results since 2012 and found this gym to have highly qualified trainers with professional knowledge about nutrition and fitness! My body fat has dropped significantly and my lean body mass has increased - which allowed me to compete. At the age of 51 and 52 I competed in 2 NPC physique shows. Even though my goals may differ from others you can rely on Results to help anybody at any level - whether competing or just developing healthier lifestyles. Keep in mind that this gym is much different than a typical chain gym... Results is concerned about your Individual growth and not just reaching membership quotas. You can rely on a very friendly and professional staff ready.help at Results Fitness and Nutrition. I like to call this place my “Home Gym Away from Home”!!!
