Fantastic experience: I went by today for the Crunch One Kickoff work out session. Clarissa & Jonathan were so wonderful and kind. They helped me understand my goals better and made me feel like they truly care about my fitness goals. What a great place filled with great people!

The Staff is top Notch but you can Never Go wrong with Zenaida polite professional and courteous. To the Owner You have an Amazing Staff, Victoria , Baby Vic, Denny, Sam, Ramsey Chris, Tony, Zoe, Tony are all incredible I have been in Customer Service for Years they make it an Enjoyable experience. You have an Amazing team. I Moved from the Edinburg Crunch because of Your Staff. I should know I am there every day.

She has extraordinary correspondence and the absolute best client support you can at any point get. Juan at the front desk is the absolute best, phenomenal worker. Has great communication and some of the best customer service you can ever receive. Always finds a way to make your experience at the gym better with the great energy he takes into work.

Fantastic experience: The gym is spectacular. Not to mention the gym itself being a state of the art place in my opinion but the staff is what makes it an amazing place not only to work out but to build a sense of societal relationships and learn to communicate with people. There is this one trainer named Adamaris Platas who in my opinion is one of the best and most helpful person there. She always helped me find my way throughout the gym since I was quite new and always was there to help me answer any questions whether it be of my routine, technique, questions about the machines, and overall she made the environment feel safer. She is always happy to help and is always in a good uplifting mood. I recommend her for other people and overall shoutout to her for making it seem totally normal despite being new to the gym and making me feel very welcomed. This gym is awesome! I love going there and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good positive environment to grow themselves as a person and I recommend the trainer Adamaris, she's very smart when it comes to knowledge about the gym.

I appreciate the open lay out, the relatively new equipment, and the variety. They also do a great job keeping it clean!

Fantastic experience: This gym has all the equipment you need, has extremely helpful Staff, has covid protocols to keep us safe, and overall is a good experience. Talking to the staff whenever you have any questions or need a one on one is always the best, A staff Juan is my go to guy here, he knows exactly what hes doing and is so good at helping and giving pointers and such.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out! Especially because the staff is always ready to help you. The one person willing to always help me out is Victoria, so shout out to her!!! Always stops what’s she’s doing to lend me a helping hand or even assist me with any fitness related questions I may have since I’m still in the learning process. Victoria is always encouraging me to push for the better even at times when I feel like giving up. All the qualities she has are all the qualities you need to be an employee at crunch! JT taught me how to properly use the machines and what workouts best fit the goals I set for myself. He also motivated me to keep going and reminded me that change isn’t going to happen over night. Fantastic experience: It was very intimidating for me to go back to the gym after not exercising in a long time but I’m glad I chose crunch. I wanted to write this review to highlight the child care services they provide. As a single parent it’s hard for me to even find the time or place to workout, especially since my daughter is very shy and never wants to leave my side. But the child care there is phenomenal, my daughter actually loves going and the ladies they have in the afternoon are very kind and attentive with my child. Versus when I would go to another nearby gym they basically told me not to bring my daughter since she cried too much with them. So thank you to the crunch employees for really being there for parents who just want to get a good workout. Everything else is also amazing great equipment, great times, a lot of extra recourses to help you get a good workout.

You guys have an awesome staff who are always ready to greet you. Victoria, for one, is always very nice and welcoming and overall is just a great spirit!
