Fantastic experience: 5 months ago I was unhappy with myself, couldnt do a pull up, couldnt do a ring dip, couldnt do a chin up, double unders werent even in my vocabulary. That was until I found crossfit ixw and it has completely changed my fitness journey. The coaches are amazing and are always giving advice on how to reach your goals. We do accessory work in class to build the strength to move onto some of the harder moves. Ever since starting my fitness journey years ago, my goal has always been to do a pull up. Not only has crossfit ixw helped me do that, I got 2! If youre looking for a place that has the best coaches and the most encouraging box mates, this is the place for you!
