Fantastic experience: This CrossFit is my third long term CrossFit, I move a lot and I had this chance to do workout in different CrossFit boxes in various countries, and comparing with all of other places CrossFit Eden Prairie stands out. All of workouts are designed to be fun and useful. The owner and coaches are young professionals, full of energy and new ideas. The CrossFit EP has social events and gathering and you never left alone in this place. You will find positive minded people and very friendly atmosphere. Also the box is massive with loads of equipment. You can attend the classes or do your workout and still a lot of space left. I spent 6 months here and I enjoyed every minute of it. Shame that I have to move back.

Fantastic experience: If you are new to CrossFit, the coaches will help you with correct form and a workout that’s right for you. If you are seasoned CrossFit athlete, you can come get a good workout and also learn a skill or two. Great community to help you be accountable and support throughout your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Eden Prairie has always treated me Fare and Well. Always able to work with me for any changes that come up with schedules, and trainers! I am a long standing client, and as a aging client, I have had to change my goals as the years have gone by, they understand!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a safer place to working out during a global pandemic - I would recommend checking out this place. I’ve never done CrossFit before, had no idea what a ‘kipping’ pull up was, and am generally a pretty shy person. So trying this gym was a bit out of my comfort zone from going to Lifetime in my Target sweatpants. After a free tryout week, and joining, I can’t say I regret the decision. The more you go, the more you feel comfortable and get to know members of the gym. I too have appreciated the coaches checking in with me on form and movements as most things are really new. Overall, if you’re new to CrossFit or want to work up a sweat I’d check this out.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Eden Prairie is an incredibly warm and inviting community and the coaching is excellent, they meet you where you are in your life and help you improve with patience and enthusiasm.

Fantastic experience: This CrossFit gym feels like a home away from home. I get my butt kicked every single day and I do it with some incredible people. I feel like I have made some lifelong friends here and I look forward to staying around for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, highly recommend! It's easy to get to, plenty of parking space, the owners are friendly and the coaches are amazing! Every time you walk in, you feel welcomed. If you want to work out with fellow members that know your name, support you and actually care - it's the place to be. Not every gym can offer a great community as a bonus, but this one does. They offer many special events throughout the year as well to motivate you even more in your fitness journey. In short - it's a great place to be, no matter whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here. I've stuck with this gym longer than any other and have no plans to leave. The community is so welcoming and kind, while pushing you to be the best you can be. Curt and Anna (the owners) have created a great gym environment. All the coaches are so informative and helpful. The gym motto is "Work Hard. Be Nice" and it could not be more accurate. I would highly recommend joining this gym if you are new to CrossFit or if you've been doing it for years.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and a very good place to workout. I love the programming they have for CrossFit workout and coaches are always ready to help on all your doubts. If you are looking for a gym this is a must try.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the cream of the crop for group workouts. The workouts are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. The coaches are vigilant about safety. The culture is unrivaled for being encouraging of one another. Opportunities to participate in competitions and events are always in the calendar. There are also opportunities to work on nutrition and other aspects of one's health. I can't recommend CrossFit Eden Prairie and its sister gym, CrossFit Prior Lake enough.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in while in town for a hearing conference. I used their website to register and pay (very easy and convenient.) Everyone was very welcoming and great to work with. Very much recommended for locals and travelers alike.

The programming that goes into their work outs are carefully considered and always send you home feeling accomplished and exhausted. Very accommodating and relevant gym for all skill levels. Whether you're looking to just give Crossfit a try or have been involved in the community for years, I'd highly recommend CFEP.

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in class here and was welcomed right in. Coach let me pick the music. Very large box, tons of space and plenty of equipment. Fun to see all the t-shirt of boxes they have visited!

Fantastic experience: Anna and Curt are two people that work so hard in and outside of the gym to make sure that their member's are getting the best experience. From the well thought out WOD's, and the great community that they have at their gym, it is a fun and challenging place to get your sweat on. When I drop into the classes, the coaches are always willing to help me modify workouts if need be.

The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and have a passion for Crossfit. If you are new to it they coach you up the entire way and help you do everything at levels you physically can. If you are an elite athlete, the programmed workouts are a challenge to all. Fantastic experience: I love the team atmosphere at CrossFit Eden Prairie. I know for me, I'll always work harder in a group than I will on my own, but if the culture isn't supportive, then I'll just skip the workout altogether. At CrossFit EP, I look forward to workouts because I know my coaches and fellow classmates will build me up. I love that feeling I get when I've pushed myself, and that's always how I leave from classes here. I highly recommend this gym.
