Fantastic experience: Best group of people you will ever meet, I stumbled in this summer knowing nothing about CrossFit and wanted to try something new to exercise. in the process I have have made many incredible friends and feel like I’m apart of a fitness family. The work outs may seem intimidating for someone completely new, but they can meet you where you are and make any workout accessible to your skill level, amazing coaches with tons of knowledge and experience. Very encouraging and loving group of people at this box/gym. Highly recommend trying it if you are interested.
