Fantastic experience: Kim does an amazing job! I have been to a lot of different trainers, and what makes her different is she makes workout/diet plans tailored to your needs instead of doing the same cookie cutter plan for everyone. She's extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health (physical, mental, and emotional) and can honestly help you with anything! 10 STARS!

Fantastic experience: Didn't work out there, but very clean and organized private gym. There's a lot of trophies from the owners body building career. Has handicapped accessible bathroom and shower. Equipment is newer and in good repair. There is some outdoor workout equipment, and is in a nice quiet area not to far out of town.
Fantastic experience: Best trainers ever! They truly do care and are willing to help anytime.
