Fantastic experience: I love this gym & all of the trainers! I have been going here for 6 months and can't recommend it enough. Each day is challenging and the workouts never repeat, so you don't get complacent or bored. There is definitely a community feel once you get to know other members and the trainers do a great job of introducing you to people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of F45 for almost a year now. Love showing up and getting a great workout in 45 minutes. No two workouts are the same, trainers are AWESOME, and the gym itself is super clean. Modifications for most movements if needed. Multiple classes offered throughout the day to fit your schedule. Have nothing but great things to say! Thanks for bringing a great workout place to Eau Claire!

Fantastic experience: Work Hard, Play Hard - at F45 you do both! In 45 quick minutes you can change your mindset, build muscle and become a part of an extremely supportive community! Trainers: They have found the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge. Creating strong relationships with each client is their top priority. Music: Loud and energetic to get you in the zone. Normally a DJ on Saturday mornings. Cleanliness: Spotless Variety of workouts: Each day is a different workout. Every muscle in your body will be worked if you attend 2+ classes/week. Fitness level: All Schedule: Classes between 5AM- 5:30PM, no excuses!

Fantastic experience: F45 has provided such a motivating community that I look forward to going to every day! The staff push you while also having lots of fun. My favorite part is the cold towels with essential oils at the end of every workout! :)

Fantastic experience: Before I joined F45, I had a hard time getting myself to the gym and completing a full workout. Immediately after doing the trial, I was hooked. It’s a great atmosphere with amazing trainers and a great team. I couldn’t recommend F45 more!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I am someone who has yo-yo-‘d around gyms, “diets”, and routines, etc. This gym, it’s trainers, and the community have kept me going strong for almost a year and a half. The workouts are fun, difficult, and adaptable for all levels of fitness. The trainers are amazing, and spend quality time with form correction, tips for improvement, and just the right amount of push for trying that next weight up. They also know when to tell you to take a step back and focus on form first. The trainer group is also amazing at nutritional education and guidance. If it wasn’t for this place, my relationship with food and wellness wouldn’t be what it is today. All in all, I could go on for hours about how much I love this gym, the trainers, and the community. It truly is a place for all levels of fitness. I honestly recommend giving it a try.

The trainers are so helpful at ensuring you are doing each exercise correctly so you don't injure yourself. I also love the atmosphere, I don't feel like I'm at a gym, I feel like I'm getting my sweat on with a bunch of friends. I couldn't ask for a better gym experience!!

It got boring and was increasingly difficult to motivate myself to even go in the gym. Now I look forward to my workouts. They are different every day. I can’t find a negative about this place.
