Fantastic experience: I had been following Julie on social media for quite some time and the opportunity arose to join her for a class at Eastern Market. I’m typically not a class person, but, after watching Julie on social media, I knew I wanted to try it. It was AMAZING! It had been quite some time since I’d had that much fun working out. The energy was amazing, the music was bumpin, she was easy to follow and all of the other girls were so encouraging. After that one class I decided to buy a class pass. Tonight was my first class at the studio and I can’t wait to take another class with Julie! The group had all levels of fitness, all ages, and all body types. I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door. So excited to go back and take my next class!

Fantastic experience: I have lost over 50 lbs since I've been going to Julia Lynks studio classes. She is a fun and energetic person and makes sure you know the routine well. Moves are easy to follow and for all fitness levels. Very encouraging people and atmosphere. Come and check her out. She offer class packages, drop in pay per class and live videos you can do from home.
