Fantastic experience: They had the exact machine That I could use for my back that did not hurt my tennis elbow. The locker rooms are clean and spacious and the tanning bed is new. I would give this facility an A+ for everything it has and did I mention that it looks like it has been newly renovated. Check this location out!

Fantastic experience: This one is a lot better than the Middlebury location. It has a sauna, turf yard with monkey bars and space for powerlifting, as well as plenty of squat bars, bike machines, and solid equipment. It’s maintained pretty well.

Fantastic experience: This is the only fitness club I am a member of. It's got everything for everyone. If you're interested in getting back in shape, they have a wide selection of cardio machines. If you're looking to build muscle, they have a ton of strength machines, free weights, bars etc. If you're looking to get athletic, they have an extreme room for deadlifts, speed bag, rope climbing etc. My only complaint is that the cardio bikes are extremely uncomfortable. A small inconvenience, but you definitely notice it if you're doing cardio for an hour or more.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Their child care is great and the workout areas are awesome! Group areas, crossfit, weights, cardio etc. Everyone has been really nice and helpful! Plus, the locker rooms are fantastic!
