Fantastic experience: On April 13, 2021 The owner was professional and greeted me as I came in, provided a general overview of services the company offers in addition to "plus services offered". E.g. Massotherapy, personal training, etc. Small variety of cardio equipment. The facility has a wide array of machines in the gym area along with free weights including light weights for the women and heavy weights for the men. Today, April 14, was my first time using the facility. I like the fact there were maybe less than five of us in the weight area before noon. They had a radio going...nothing too loud...just enough to keep people going. They will move about four months from now on the same side of the street...just a few sites down to a larger location.

Fantastic experience: Amazing new facility! This gym has everything you need, great equipment, lots of free weights & squat racks. They have a sauna, healthy meals for purchase and great cardio equipment.

Fantastic experience: Frank is a great guy and love the gym I used this gym at night just wish it was closer to my house. I will be trying to get my membership back soon. I had to cancel my membership because I got injured at work now I need to go back.

Fantastic experience: yesterday i had a meeting with Frank (the owner). he welcomed me in and walked me around the gym and answered all my questions. when i came back to lift i felt comfortable and not judged by anyone inside. It was very easy to sign up for a membership!!

Fantastic experience: We attended a Powerlifting Competition at Ohio Sports and Fitness to watch my son compete. We came as strangers and left feeling like part of the OSF family! Frank the owner is one of the most friendly & professional people I’ve ever met. If we lived closer to his gym we would definitely be there everyday to workout & catch the positive energy that fills the space!

Fantastic experience: My daughter's volleyball team has speed, strength and conditioning there once week. Very nice facility. The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. My daughter likes it so much she wants to continue year round.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place, great people. The owner, Frank, is a great guy and super down to Earth. The membership is more than affordable (considering the 24/7 access), Its never too busy, and just a great place for getting in some baseball swings or just plain lifting. (Not to mention the turf that can be used for just about anything)

Fantastic experience: Great gym open 24/7 get a lot of perks for such a great deal $20 a month! Come on in and talk to the owner Frank who is at the gym everyday and always makes sure everyone is happy with how the gym is running!!
