I’ve been going to this gym for 6 months and I am so happy I found it! I love the small class sizes and individual attention that we receive from the coaches. They are super knowledgeable and emphasize safety. I’ve struggled in the past to stay motivated, but the environment here is so welcoming and positive that it makes it easy to get up and go to class. Obviously you have to be motivated from within to stick with an exercise routine, but being in such a supportive environment really helps. If you are willing to put the work in you will see results. I love that the emphasis is on strength and mobility and not on losing weight
I am a chiropractor and I highly recommend Everyday Strength! Sam is an expert at choosing and adapting exercises for every fitness level. Her knowledge of functional fitness is exceptional. I appreciate her ability to help people with pain or injuries gain the strength and stability they need to recover.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Everyday Strength almost three years ago. My wife was looking to join a gym, and I tagged along. I am so happy that I did. It has been a life-changing experience. I always thought I was in good physical shape because I enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking and mountain bike riding. I have a home gym and regularly lift weights. However, I lacked a program and did not have any direction, guidance, or consistency. I was neglecting and avoiding some vital areas of physical fitness. I know now that I only focused on exercises I liked doing or on things in which I excelled. Everyday Strength offers an atmosphere that is: Positive, supportive, and challenging. Sam Garvin, the owner and head coach at Everyday Strength, provides functional fitness programming ensuring progress if you consistently put in the work and are ready to do your best when you walk through the door. Sam offers comprehensive strength and mobility programming for people of all ages - from teenagers to people over 80. It does not matter if you are a beginner, recovering from injuries, or are an accomplished athlete. Whether it is your goal to improve athletic performance, be fit for a physically demanding occupation, or maintain mobility as you age, Sam is a knowledgeable and experienced coach who can adapt exercises and movements to fit your abilities and goals. Everyday Strength is a place for everybody. Since joining Everyday Strength, I have gained strength, mobility, and stamina with the confidence that I am doing things correctly and with proper form. I am in the best condition of my life. I have strengthened my weaknesses, mitigated prior injuries, and improved my general health. Every workout is a contribution to future health and longevity. I have reached goals I would not have achieved on my own.
Fantastic experience: More than 2 year later, I thought it was time to update this review…Everyday Strength is still the BEST gym experience. I have continued to attend 5 days a week most weeks for 2 and a half years. I have gained strength, fitness, health, confidence, and happiness. Sam is an amazing coach…she knows how to scale things when you need them and then push you when you are ready. She is generous with her time, knowledge, humor, and compassion. Her programming works for everyone regardless of your age (teens to 80+), gender, body size, fitness level (from beginners and/or post injury to already fit athletes). No workout is ever the same. I am still hitting new PRs on just about everything and gaining new skills (like jumping onto a 20 inch box and walking on my hands). The Everyday Strength Community is loving, supportive, and lots of fun. I feel so lucky to have found this gym and committed to it. A few notes…a year of my time with Sam was virtual because of covid. She provided online classes and coaching, adapted things to what was available in my home gym, and I finished quarantine in way better shape than I started…This is not the type of gym where you can expect to find a “lose 20 pounds in 30 days” kind of program. It is not about weight loss, but about strength gain to improve every aspect of your life. While I don’t own a scale, I can tell you my body composition has drastically changed, and I needed a whole new wardrobe…lastly, I am over 55 and never imagined I would be doing so many new, fun, and exciting things at this stage in my life. First review February 2020 - Everyday Strength has been the best gym experience. I was coming off a chronic injury, but eager to start working out again. Sam has scaled things to work for me and three months in, lots of good muscle soreness, but no injuries. The workouts are always challenging, but at the same time really fun. Atmosphere and environment are fantastic. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: This gym is everything I hoped it would be. Sam is awesome and the regulars are fun and supportive! I got my daughter coming too. We love getting strong and being a part of this great fitness community! If you're on the fence, do the free trial week! You can't loose.

Fantastic experience: I have been an avid CrossFit participant for eight years, and was beset with injury. Where other trainers could not help Everyday Strength stepped in. The coach, via video, has been patient, instructional, respectful, and micro focused on the specific needs I have as an athlete. She has the insight to see the small yet crucial movements that need adjustment to avoid injury. Love this place.
Fantastic experience: With 11 years experience, this gym comes up with modifications for any level. New to the gym they take it step by step. Have been going to the gym for years, they know how to make you feel you had a great workout. And with a free week trial you can’t go wrong.
