Fantastic experience: The best gym in Rochester! The owner is amazing. The staff are so friendly. The gym is updated, clean, and has new equipment. If you’re not working out here, you’re not doing it right!

Fantastic experience: Was suggested this place, and went in blind. This gym was everything I was looking for! The owner Sebastian gave us a smiling greet right as we entered, and one look at the gym, I knew this is where I wanted to spend my time. The staff are all super friendly and know what they’re doing. Definitely recommend working out here for someone serious about weightlifting!

The knowledge, support, training and meal plans that Sebastian establishes with his clients is amazing. He is available and flexible and provides the help clients need to get on track with their fitness.

Fantastic experience: No Limitz has fantastic equipment and the new space is so vast! I could never get bored there! Sebastian has so much knowledge and experience and makes working out fun and challenging. The other members that I’ve encountered are so friendly and encouraging. There are people a all levels of fitness with such a variety of goals. I look forward to going to this gym. And I always feel it the next day. If you’re looking for a gym where you are welcomed and challenged…this is for you.

Fantastic experience: It's better than ok. I've been going for almost a year. Very knowledgeable staff. Provide a solid diet and meal plan. Very flexible with cancellation. Try em out with a referral, use my name. Edit: Been going 2 years now. Sebastian has helped me make major changes in my life, not just in physical changes, but in mental and all for the better. The man is dedicated to his job and puts his customers first. I will continue to go here and work towards my goal with his guidance.

Positive experience: Man I hate to leave a less than 5 star review. This place looks nice. I know because I’m standing outside the locked door looking at it, and it’s not summer. I called yesterday, no answer. Called today, no answer. Walked here. It’s locked. No one inside. Google hours says it’s open. Called again. No answer. Left review. Update. The owner got back to me and said it’s appointment only at the moment. Nice guy. I changed my review to 4 stars as a result.

Fantastic experience: Having trained for over 30 years, these guys are the best I have ever dealt with. Professional knowledgeable funny accommodating and smart. If you want to get in shape they know what they're doing
