Fantastic experience: Friendly staff lots of equipments and always kept clean. I've been out of commission since February due to a motorcycle accident and today was my first day back and I was welcomed with open arms by Gym manager Eric Emerson

Fantastic experience: This was posted in 2019 . (Nice but not really fast on doing equipment repair. Spoke to manager about a month ago and still not repair on one of the Livestrong bikes. Spoke to someone else a few days ago so I'll see. Seems like a great place overall. People do sit on machines a talk a lot, thus blocking access. I guess a lot of people come to socialize. This is not unique to this place. Might look at another location soon if not resolved.) AMENDED 2022. I have been going here for about three years now. Close to me and convenient. Staff helpful and the place is clean. If you're looking for several sets of machines (more than one of each) look elsewhere. I've never seen a big crowd.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities! Very clean and just the right equipment. I was overweight by 95lbs a year ago and now i'm in the best shape ever in my 40's. No pressure to look like everyone else. You can be yourself here.

Fantastic experience: The new owners and staff have really turned this place around. I use to workout here roughly 5 years ago and it was outdated and less than satisfactory. Decided to give it a try again after moving back home and have been really impressed with the new ownership. The gym is clean, updated, and has a ton of new machines. I actually encourage my friends and family to check out this gym now.
