Fantastic experience: If you want to workout, join a gym. If you want to work out and get results, join TRUHit Fitness. For starters the coaches are awesome, they bring energy, support, and inspiration. In addition they help with nutrition and meal prep as well as support and accountability!! The workouts are ever changing but no matter what day it is, you’ll always be challenged, work hard and work your core, which is awesome. There is every level of people working out around you from beginners to advanced. The coaches will always modify workouts for you so you just keep moving and getting a great workout. Music is played loud so you can forget about your thoughts and just get lost in your workout and the people that work out with you are always supportive. Lots of energy and a great way to start your day. I’ve been at TruHit for a year now and I’ve dropped four inches off my waist!! Not to mention how much better you’ll feel mentally!! I’d recommend TruHit Fitness to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Truhit for just about a year now. Joined looking to get back in shape after having my 3rd baby. I had almost given up hope getting back in shape so I decided to try a 6 week challenge at truhit. 30lbs down and feeling better than ever! The coaches are all amazing and interactive. So thankful for the daycare offered as well, it has made the whole process possible! Make the investment in yourself, I promise it’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Truhit (Star location) for almost three months. I started out looking for a CrossFit gym in the area, but am SO happy I ended up here instead! They use a lot of the same equipment that I was used to (barbells, squat racks, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam/medicine balls, boxes, rowers, pull-up bars etc) and some other things, like cable machines and trx. The workout is different every day, with Mondays and Thursdays being upper body, Tuesdays and Fridays being lower body, and Wednesdays and Saturdays being full body workouts. They offer several sessions a day, and even have an amazing childcare provider (my kids absolutely adore Miss Kalee!) for the 0830 and 0930 classes! I must admit that they had me hooked with the childcare option alone, but the owners and trainers here are seriously the coolest, kindest, most amazing humans. They’re super knowledgeable, respectful and motivating. I love them all! I’m so happy with this gym and so thankful that I found it. I’ve been hesitant to write a review for fear that childcare would fill up, but honestly this gym deserves an awesome review, and I’m sure they can figure out a way to open up more childcare sessions if it becomes an issue! I’m very happy with my results so far, and look forward to my morning session every day! Don’t be intimated to try it out, the trainers can tailor each movement/station to an individual’s skill level, and there is no judgement from the group. The clients are just as great as the employees, I’ve made so many friends already in my short time here and love working out with them!

Fantastic experience: Today was my second day trying out TRUHiT in Star! I loved both workouts, the people were friendly and the place was very clean and super organized. The coach was motivating and helped everyone to keep good form. I got a good sweat and definitely know I am working my muscles to become stronger. Definitely excited to get to know this group more.

Fantastic experience: TRUHIT is great if you have been away from the gym for awhile or if you are a gym veteran. I have learned a lot in my first few months of going to the classes and I’m already starting to see a difference. You can workout at your own pace, the workouts are killer but worth it. Love this place!

They've been great at helping me modify due to health issues. Even with modifying, the workouts are amazing. The workouts each week have been challenging but also fun which keeps me going back. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Truhit in Star for a few months now. My experience has been nothing but amazing. It’s an incredible gym for anyone at any level of fitness experience. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. There is always a warm up and cool down which has been really help preventing soreness and getting a good stretch. You will be sore these workouts are challenging but so rewarding. The Truhit childcare has been awesome for my 15 month old son. He has never been to daycare before but now he can’t wait to go and doesn’t want to leave. Miss Kalee is so patient, warm hearted and compassionate with all the children. We both love going to Truhit and I recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: It feels so good to be back at TruHit Fitness ! This is personally my favorite place to get a good sweat on . The workouts are constantly changing and always effective ! Isaac was awesome today and continued to challenge me throughout the workout . I left feeling proud of how hard I worked ! Can’t wait to check out the new North Boise location !!

Fantastic experience: Iv been going back to the gym pretty much just doing repetitive lifting movements, but then a friend brought me to this place and it was really refreshing to use practical movements and cardio with a trainer there the whole time to give pointers and keep ya motivated! Definitely recommend this! On top of that there is a awesome health drink store next door called 208 sip! Super convenient!

Fantastic experience: I was so intimidated when I first started here. I had no experience in a gym at all. But the coaches are always so helpful and encouraging. They have modifications or progressive alternatives.The coaches not only help during classes but help with nutrition. I have now been at this gym for a year and I truly love it!

Fantastic experience: This gym has it all. More equipment than most hiit gyms, which is awesome for someone like me that really appreciates traditional weightlifting equipment. It’s such a none intimidating environment, which gives you the freedom to workout at your pace. Fantastic owners, trainers and super friendly members. Everyday being something new and challenging keeps me from getting bored. I found the gym for me!

Fantastic experience: I love Truhit, joined about 18 months ago and I would never go back to a regular gym again. Not only do you get a great workout but they offer nutrition counseling as well. The workouts are always fun and challenging, the coaches are encouraging, and the community is amazing!

Fantastic experience: TruHit in Star is staffed with knowledgeable coaches and great workouts. The variety keeps you nice and sore, using different muscle groups all the time. They recently bought new equipment which keeps it fun and ever changing. I highly recommend joining and raising your fitness to the next level.

Fantastic experience: I am addicted to TruHitt's workouts and lifestyle. Since I started in May, I have lost 17 lbs and feel stronger than I ever have..even at 48 :) Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. The instructors are knowledgeable and always provide modifications without me having to ask. I love how the workouts are completely different each time I come in. It is always a good and sweaty time.

Fantastic experience: I have worked out in many gyms throughout my lifetime and I decided to join TruHit two months ago. There is great camaraderie at every class but at the same time, when the clock starts—you work HARD and get a great workout! Love it!!
