Fantastic experience: I love Eagle Yoga House. Great instructors. Beautiful facility!

Fantastic experience: Eagle yoga house has a great feeling to it. It's clean and friendly, and they have everything you need to give yoga a try for the first time. My husband and I decided to have a new adventure. We are both retired, and were a little worried we might not be able to handle it. What we both noticed first, after only a couple of classes, was we felt taller. The next thing we noticed was that the aches and pains went away, and we felt happier. It truly is amazing. We felt a little uncoordinated at first, but Eagle Yoga House has special classes and workshops where you can get a little one-on-one help with things you don't feel comfortable with. So yes, there are a lot of young people there (both men and women), but I absolutely recommend them for people like us. If you are sitting around thinking about exercising, but just can't think decide what to try, grab a friend and get over there and feel like a new man/woman.

Fantastic experience: I just moved here from Phoenix, Arizona and saw Eagle Yoga House on my way home. I looked it up online and saw that they offer a Beginners Workshop, so I signed up since I've only been to one other yoga class in Arizona and didn't really enjoy it that much. All I can say is I am 100% hooked. Susan and Joan have been incredible in the Beginners Workshop and make me feel comfortable trying new positions or helping me figure out what the heck I am doing. Yoga is a truly incredible exercise not only for my body but my spirit and mind as well. I would recommend Eagle Yoga House and have recommended to friends and family! Thank you Eagle Yoga House, I'll see you tonight! :)

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Eagle Yoga for about a year now and I LOVE it. All the instructors are so nice and caring. Susan, the owner does such a great job, not only teaching, but hiring professional teachers that know their stuff. I always have a great workout and they’re always pushing me to do stuff that was once out of my comfort zone! I’m so happy with all my improvement not only in my yoga practice but also through my mind and body over the last year. I’ve seen physical differences in the mirror, but also feel the difference in stress relief and anxiety in my life. I highly recommend if you want a great workout, but also a great community that supports you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself!

Fantastic experience: I almost don’t want to tell any more people about this place because it’s getting quite crowded, but I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years now and have been to many studios. Eagle Yoga House is an amazing place full of authentic, down-to-earth people, who all emphasize listening to your body. There is never any competition, and each instructor offers something different and something special. All levels of yogis are accepted and encouraged. It’s super clean and the locker rooms have showers which is a huge plus for me. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to practice yoga in Idaho. This place has become a second home to me!

Fantastic experience: EYH consistently offers professional & empowering classes. I am always shocked at how effortlessly the teachers can get me into a pose I never thought I could do! Thank you Desire, Susan & all the other teachers whose classes I have yet to try.

Fantastic experience: EYH is such a healing and friendly environment. The studio is absolutely beautiful and has such a charming and homey atmosphere. Susan and Dennis are so caring and want EVERYONE to be successful in their yoga practice. There are incredible workshops and a beginners class. They even have teacher training! I sent my husband to the beginner’s class and now he goes 3 days per week! EYH is a small, family owned business that should have the community’s support!

Fantastic experience: I am a novice yoga learner. I went to Susan's Beginner Yoga class. All of the instructors are patient and kind and helped guide me into poses as needed. The studio is very clean. The dressing room and showers are always clean and have "extras". Susan and her team are incredibly warm, welcoming, and most importantly motivating! Its scary starting something new and sometimes being surrounded by very talented, experienced yogis, but I feel nothing but support and encouragement. It is a great workout and I love the detoxification of hot yoga!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a 2 week trial at Eagle Yoga House and love it so much I signed on for a year! I have taken classes with Susan, Amanda, Sean, and Chelsy and they are all amazing instructors! I constantly feel encouraged to push myself and always leave class feeling stronger. The atmosphere of the studio is very inviting and positive. Nothing but great things to say about Eagle Yoga House ☺️

Fantastic experience: I used to come here weekly and always always loved the variety and fantastic depth of teaching. So challenging and energizing. I moved half an hour away, remodeled an old farm house and had a baby in the last year and a half, today- the stars aligned and I was able to come in for practice. Still as fantastic as before!

Fantastic experience: My home away from home!! I love this place!! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, kind, professional and friendly. Facilities are very nice and clean with locker rooms, showers and waiting area. Studio is large enough for all to spread out. Susan has done an amazing job!!

Fantastic experience: Eagle Yoga House is an excellent place to consider if you are interested in starting out or continuing your yoga practice in the area. They offer all forms of Yoga, Hot Yoga, Piyo and Pilates. The majority of the staff having many years of teaching experience. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and always aware of what is going on during the different poses. They also offer great mentoring to better your practice. I have never been around such a great group of instructors. As far as cleanliness, I have a high sensitivity to mold, so some gyms and yoga places just adversely affect my lungs. But at the Eagle Yoga House, the facility is kept extremely clean and smells fresh throughout (even in the men’s locker room ). As my wife and I are new to the area, the best part is that the staff and members are very welcoming. They have not only made us part of their yoga community, but their social circles as well. On many levels, Eagle Yoga House, represents the best of the Treasure Valley area.

Fantastic experience: I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful yoga studio so close to my home. World class instruction that always offers a challenge. I would highly recommend to any yogi wanting a great workout, knowledgeable instructors within a beautiful space.
