Fantastic experience: Came here for a birthday party about 3 Sundays ago. I can't remember the instructor's name but she was very friendly, attentive and made the class fun. They also had some cute sweatshirts, waist beads and other cute girly stuff for sale. I'd definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best experience I have had in my life in a while. I decided to celebrate my birthday there with a group of friends and when I tell you that it was remarkable experience...it was phenomenal. Not sure words can describe how encouraging, empowering and fun this experience was with Jackie, who is the creative director of Spice. I'll be joining more classes soon on a weekly basis because this is an experience to be had often. Love love love. Be sure to come here for your birthday or any occasion but also, for their classes that they offer. You will not regret it at all--it is money well spent.

Fantastic experience: I have zero dance/aerial experience and this studio is wonderful for all levels of experience. This studio is clean, sanitized, and organized. At this studio, I see students of all shapes and sizes. This studio is a judgment-free zone that provides a fun and challenging workout. The instructors are talented, caring, and fantastic teachers. The instructors are happy to provide modifications that work well with my body and strength level. I feel stronger, uplifted, and more empowered after each class. 20/10 and I would highly recommend Spice Pole & Aerial Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Amazing aerial and pole studio. Great vibe and wonderful instructors. I completed the 4-week aerial intro course and am continuing on with a membership. They make you feel comfortable and supported as you learn a new skill!

Fantastic experience: So, I was introduced to this studio by a friend. She was posting videos from her classwork of choreography, and it looked like a lot of fun. So, I purchased their 3-class drop-in package and took a class that required no experience, called chaircrobatics, which was "how to do tricks on a chair". IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!! I decided to sign up for their 4-week "intro to pole" class series, where each week you are taught basics and each week builds upon the previous week's work. By the last class, you have about 3-4 minutes of choreography and some basic skills on the pole, and you'll feel like a BAD@$$ with a nice @$$. I then finished out my 3-class drop in package last week, and I'm signing up for more classes this week! Definitely worth giving it a shot!

Fantastic experience: This space is absolutely magical, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here when I was last in the Atlanta area. Everyone, staff and students alike, were incredibly supportive and attentive, and the instruction here is some of the best that you’ll find in greater Atlanta. In addition, the entire facility was very clean, smelled fresh, and was elegantly decorated. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be here several days a week. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Spice Pole! The atmosphere is always perfect, and the vibes are never disappointing. I love each and every pole instructor as they all take the time to assist beginners, challenge the intermediate dancers, and to ensure that we all have a good time. FULL DISCLOSURE: I lost a total of 30 pounds since I began poling, and I have also toned my body 100%. Fantastic experience: I have been to many pole studies across Atlanta and this by far the absolute best. Spice is a very professional environment with an amazing set up. Every one there is so encouraging and knowledgeable about the pole journey. The owner of this studio has been amazing with communication, and with her instruction. Fantastic experience: Omg!!! Just had my first pole class here and it was amazing!!!! Our instructor (Jacquelyn) was amazing!! She made us feel at home, she was patient with us first timers, and she was very engaging! Definitely signing up for more classes ASAP!!!

Fantastic experience: I came to visit Georgia for a week and decided to drop in to Jessalyn’s Lyra hoop class and let me tell you it was so worth it! It was my very first time trying it and even though she is new to this location she was very experienced, patient and attentive! She was very helpful with modifications and making everyone feel comfortable no matter what level they were at. If you stop in prepare to step out of your comfort zone and get a great workout! I will be keeping up with her personal online training since I live in North Carolina and try to stop by again when I’m back in town. -Nathalie

Fantastic experience: We came here in September for a friend's birthday and did the pole/Lyra class. Being plus size, I was so nervous about so many things that only people in my shoes would understand. Would the pole hold me? Would the hoop holding me make the ceiling cave in? Every concern you could think of came to mind. I even searched Google for weight limits and to see if any other plus size women had left reviews. I couldn't find anything and promised myself I'd do this review for others who may be doubting themselves. Let me tell you this, it is for EVERYONE! Those hoops are fixed to the ceiling beams and the hoops themselves are some hardcore steel (?). The only thing that could make it crumble would be Godzilla or someone with supernatural powers. Anyway, not only did the wonderful instructor make us ALL feel comfortable and welcome, she was so encouraging and fun. Since then, every person that went to that party (including myself) has either signed up for lessons or has bought a Groupon to attend more lessons. I love the body positive environment here, you're all amazing and I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: This space is so awesome! I've taken privates with the owner, and she's very knowledgeable about pole fitness and overall strengthening. The plaza has lots of parking, it's easy to find, right off of the highway, exit 105 on 85. Spice is very inviting, lots of open space inside, VERY tall poles, huge mirrors, you will definitely enjoy your workout here!

Fantastic experience: What a great and beautiful studio! I attended their intro to pole class for the soft opening yesterday and I will be back! I stepped into the studio and instantly felt at home. Jackie is an amazing instructor and she empowered me throughout the class even when I "fell flat" :). I look forward to continuing my pole classes and it feels good to have found a new pole home!

She made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me with anything I was having a hard time with. It is a very positive, confidence boosting experience. Fantastic experience: I came in for their open house last weekend and absolutely love it. It’s been a while since I’ve stepped in a pole studio or any place of fitness and I instantly felt welcomed. The instructors were so down to earth and open that the overall vibe just draws you in. I would definitely recommend anyone of any size to attend. The made sure to modify routines to fit everyone’s level on the spot and it was just a sample class. Beautiful, clean space next to a smoothie shop.

I felt so comfortable with Jackie, the owner, who is not only an amazing instructor, but an overall joy to be around as well. The space is very beautiful, spacious, and clean. Fantastic experience: I took the Intro to Pole class & Intro to Hoop (Lyra) this week at Spice’s soft opening, the studio is absolutely beautiful. Both classes were so much fun!! The owner, Jackie, is very knowledgeable about now only pole, but fitness in general and did a wonderful job at breaking down movements into smaller more manageable pieces. The studio is located in a great area with tons of parking and easy access to the interstate.

Fantastic experience: Went to this class with my sisters and none of us had any experience. We didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable and it was a great time with great instructors. Definitely coming back again

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing- knowledgeable, patient, graceful, encouraging, fun and felt a real sense of sisterhood just on my first visit. The space is open and clean. I have rarely felt the immediate desire to return to a fitness class afterwards. I took the fitness class and ended up being the only one there as it was Halloween and the instructor walked me through an extended routine! This was my first time doing anything pole-related. I had so much fun and an amazing workout ( my whole body was sore the next day). I even felt sexy- despite being incredibly goofy and ungraceful. I can't wait to go back when my friend is available as she made me promise to wait for her !
