Fantastic experience: If i could give 10 stars i would. This gym goes out of their way to make you feel like family. My girlfriend and I are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome every time we step into the facility. The coaches always make sure that you are giving 110% and are always there to give you advice and motivation. Probably the best BJJ gym i've been to.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in while traveling to take a class. The coaches really take their time and show the basics and build on from there. Everyone was helpful. Would definitely join this gym if I lived in the area. First class.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym after not having trained in any martial arts for 10+ yrs. I was hesitant at first because there are so many gyms to chose from. But after about a month, I was hooked. The instructors/coaches and amazing! The energy is always high, the atmosphere is competitive yet safe. There aren't many gyms on earth where you can train with UFC veterans and brand new students in the same class. They have a heart for teaching and helping you on whatever path you choose to go down in your martial arts journey. Perhaps the thing I love most about this place is the wide variety of classes they offer throughout the day to cater to working adults and families. Highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter what skill level!

A comprehensive curriculum with a play center for my baby girl has been a safe haven for us to train and socialize with a healthy community. Me and my baby are happy to spend most of our days in the gym.

Fantastic experience: The Mecca of Georgia MMA. Douglas and Dhiego Lima are great warriors and role models. Norman Simoes is a fantastic black belt instructor and mentor. Devon has a heart of gold. Sid has wisdom and experience. Brantley is a positive force. Gaby is so kind and motivating. Jerry will be forever missed. The fighters here are a squad and we are a brotherhood and sisterhood. I have been with these folks for so long that they are family to me. I have never received more support through tough times from any other gym. Being here is therapy and has literally saved my life.

Fantastic experience: There’s a reason so many people are talking about this gym! This place is absolutely amazing! I cannot emphasize enough that the atmosphere alone is addictive! It’s truly more than just a gym. It’s a family here. The coaches are hands on and truly incredible people that genuinely want to see their students improve and reach their goals! The training partners are also amazing here, motivating one another to keep working to perfect their techniques and showing up to cheer one another on during competitions. Aside from my own vast improvement in my skills, I started my daughter in the kids Jiu Jitsu program. The coaches are absolutely incredible with the kids! Watching the kids learn and improve each day is inspiring! So definitely come check this gym out! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your martial arts game, this is truly the best place to be!

Fantastic experience: So grateful for this place, not just for myself but my children too. My son is learning so much in jiu jitsu all of which he’ll be able to apply on and off the mats, Norman is so patient with the kids & is a great coach. As for me Jiu jitsu has quite literally changed my life, I only wish I would have started sooner. I have learned so much from both Norman & Brantley. I’ll be honest I was nervous to get started especially in such a male dominated sport but once I got over my nerves and got on the mats I quickly realized how great everyone is, such a welcoming atmosphere, everyone is encouraging and always pushing each other to get better. Not only am I learning how to defend myself but getting my body moving in such a fun, exhilarating & empowering way. SO if you’re anything like me and thinking of all the reasons you shouldn’t, stop! Fantastic experience: ATT Lima is an awesome place to train. From the coaches, the staff, all the fighters and everyone else who trains here the atmosphere is amazing. From my first day training here they welcomed me and my son like family. The Lima brothers are so down to earth, always smiling and def make u feel welcome as do all the staff and coaches. If you aren't training here you are def missing out. Im so happy to be training here and my son loves it too!

Fantastic experience: American Top Team LIMA has really outdone themselves with the community base they have created. The warm and welcoming environment draws you in and our coaches who are dedicated to our training all offer something special in their own way. With ample classes offered throughout the day you are certain to find the perfect classes for you (contact and contactless). The community at the gym is what got me hooked from the very start. Having the opportunity to not only receive great training but to also connect and grow with so many of your training partners is honestly the greatest feeling. Without each other we wouldn’t be who we are. Joining ATT LIMA is one of the greatest decisions I’ve made to date. Nothing feels better than moving your body and what’s better than having fun with your homies at the same time.

Fantastic experience: The Absolute BEST Gym in Georgia. For Starters, The Staff Here Are Second to None. Everyday I walk in I never fail to have someone tell me "Good-morning!" or "How Are You Today?". They Never Fail to Keep The Gym in Perfect Condition and Work Tirelessly for Members to Know they are Thought of First! The Coaching Staff at This Gym are also Unbelievable! They have a vast variety of classes and skill levels for anyone looking to start a journey; whether that be MMA, BJJ, Cross-Training, etc. This Gym really makes you feel at home everyday you go. I travel well over an hour near everyday of the week just to train at Team Lima because they really are the BEST!

Fantastic experience: If you're a first responder, you'll find a home here. This gym is a haven for hard people with incredibly soft hearts. Every day I come to train I'm inspired by the athletic prowess and skill that I see. But the reason i stayed is because I've found a group of people that understand where I'm at, who I'm trying to become, and they're willing to help me get there. Every time i come to class, no matter what's happened in my week i always leave with a smile on my face.

The comradely and family atmosphere was more than I ever expected. This is a place that makes you feel like you belong to a community who truly cares about you. But that’s why you end up staying and not why you join... You join a gym like this to get the best training this side of the Pacific Ocean. This is a place where you will hone your skills, develop confidence, and bring out all of your potential to be the best human you can possibly be (physically, socially, and emotionally). Fantastic experience: Rolling with Team Lima has been an absolute joy. From the Brothers, Norman and the rest of the coaches on down, everyone wants to help you get better. There’s no egos here at all and you feel like you’re instantly part of the family. Wouldn’t want to train at any other gym. Rather you want to just workout or train to be a fighter this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: American Top Team Lima Brothers is by far the best gym in the southeast for jiu jitsu, kickboxing, crossfit and MMA. Where else will you get hands on training with a the current Bellator Welterweight World Champion Douglas Lima and UFC Welterweight Dhiego Lima. The training here is second to none in a brand new state of the art facility. You will never regret a day of training with all the amazing people here at ATT Lima Brothers!

The environment is amazing and everyone from staff to coaches really make you feel at home while staying professional and having top notch instruction. My wife takes the cross training classes and I take the Martial Arts classes. I love that they’ve found the sweet spot of providing a competitive environment where you can learn and grow, while keeping a family and non-intimidating environment as well. I’d refer them to the novice person just trying to get in shape or to the athlete wanting to compete at a higher level! This is definitely not only the best place in Gwinnett to train Martial Arts and get fit but easily all of Georgia.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt more loved, supported, and encouraged anywhere! I am a 43 year old mom and teacher. I am overweight and, well, awkward so gym environments can be intimidating. I have never felt like I was seen as anything other than family, and like with families we celebrate our wins- no matter how big or small together. We also come together when we have losses...not to mourn but to evaluate and plan. The coaches here pour just as much love and support into their "40 year old moms" as they do their professional fighters. So, long story short...if you are looking to grow, learn, and get stronger while joining a great family - this is the place.

Devon, the manager, made signing up a breeze, and explained the classes and cost; no hassle, no hidden fees...it was pleasure working with him. My sons have been training Jiu Jitsu under Coach Norman for 3 years. Norman is an exceptionally talented, black-belt Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He brings his wealth of knowledge to every class, and is a caring, supportive coach for kids and adults alike. All Team Lima coaches take the time to get to know you and your family, creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere that’s not found in other MMA/BJJ gyms in the area. Team Lima pushes you to do your best, encouraging you throughout the process. My boys and I trust Coach Norman and other Team Lima staff to train them safely and well. Additionally, the facilities are meticulously maintained, by professional virus prevention treatments, vigorous cleaning, and strict safety protocols. My boys always feel safe when they train. Also, it’s cool to see Douglas and Dheigo (Champion Fighters in Bellator and UFC, and the Owners of Team Lima) in the gym teaching classes, talking to members, and being directly involved in training. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Most gyms can’t offer the chance to train with Elite, World-Class MMA Athletes, but you can at Team Lima!
