Fantastic experience: I love this place! I take Hapkido classes here and Kickboxing! Instructor Shepard and Instructor Avila are super fun and motivating! I always hated working out but with them I have such a fun energetic workout I don’t even notice how fast the time flies!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This place is awesome!!! Talk about great workouts! They're always fun and definitely never boring. Great people to push you and keep you accountable not to mention the instructor is the bomb!!! Give it a try, I garauntee you won't regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality What an awesome workout!! The instructors are so passionate and energetic, even though I am totally tired by the time I leave class I am at the same time pumped up and ready to GO!!!!
