Fantastic experience: Felt incredibly welcomed into the space at Evolve. Great flow to the class, perfectly warm temperature, instructor was so friendly & caring. It is small, would probably only fit about 10 people, but that is really nice actually. It makes the experience more intimate! High ceilings & wood floors. Bathrooms available. Definitely check out one of their classes! In the basement floor, accessible through Michigan Ave.

Fantastic experience: First off I wanna say there aren't enough stars to rate how much I love it at Evolve yoga studio. Today was my first class with Katrina. It was such a warm welcoming environment which made a huge impact on my experience. Her knowledge is amazing and she is super thorough and informative. If you haven't had a chance to check out the studio you are missing out! I got a mini tour of their building and omgoodness it's is exquisite! Supper stunning with lots of history. I will be a forever client!! I am so greatful to have found you!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best yoga studio in Duluth! The staff are very caring, the classes are right on track and innovative, and it’s in a beautiful building that perfectly lends itself to the ambiance yoga strives to achieve.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of town and craving my normal workout routine so was happy to find this studio! I took a spin class with Shari and had a great experience! She is welcoming, helped me adjust my bike and had great energy! The bikes have straps on the pedals for regular sneakers or you can wear clip in spin shoes. The entrance is located at the back of the building address, bring your own towel!

Fantastic experience: Love this place and the teachers are amazing. Everyone is super welcoming, I can't believe I was intimidated by how cool this place seemed - I felt at home right away (it is super nice here but not intimidating at all!). If you are just starting yoga go to a flow class and they will give you adaptations to make it easier on you. If you want a hard workout and are comfortable with yoga go to a sculpt or HIIT class. You reserve a class/see the schedule through the MindBody app and then just give the instructor your name when you come (knowing how to do this was also what made me hesitate so I figured others would find that helpful).
