Fantastic experience: If you want that gritty, loud, old school gym feel, then look no further. This gym fits this mold but has modern benches and racks. Great service, great people, and a great feel. 10/10 will come back next time I’m in the area. Probably the only type of fitness enthusiast/athlete that won’t like this place is cardio bunnies. But it’s a great place for them to convert to bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strongman. Very happy I found this place for my week stay in Dubuque. Just wish I had bought a shirt from this place so I could rep it at my home gym.

Fantastic experience: friendly gym that fits many individual goals: go here you may see a strongman, someone who qualified for the arnold.in powerlifting, body builders, or the average joe setting new goals in life. note not many machines, decent db, plenty of racks and benches. busy is random as is 24/7. first come first serve on the radio.
