Fantastic experience: If you were in the Northwest Columbus Ohio area and looking for an awesome Jim this is a place for you. We ran across this because my kids go to Demas Wrestling Technique classes here and he recently moved to this facility. You can see from the pictures this place is immaculate clean in every way and just all-around nice. Seems like they do personal fitness weight training and some wrestling and other things here which are definitely worth you checking out. The owner and staff are extremely professional courteous and very knowledgeable. This place is top shelf definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Nick and the team at HFF do a great job of working with everyone. The class sizes are small and the workouts are intense. I have gained a lot of strength and endurance since I started going a couple of years ago. I would definitely recommend HFF.

Fantastic experience: I have been training weekly with Nick Fought since 2016. I have never been able to stick to a consistent workout routine until Hard Fought Fitness. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors each workout to the individual client. He has trained me through two acl injuries back into fighting shape. I am thrilled with the results, and how I feel. You and your facility are truly top notch.
