Fantastic experience: I am on THE MEGAFORMER. It's A great low impact exercise. I have been doing this for the last month and feel such a difference in my core strength. Each class is different so you don't get bored. Love all the instructors. They are so helpful and they see that you are doing the training correctly.
Fantastic experience: Such an amazing workout! The instructors are fabulous and have helped me to modify things if/when needed. I love the atmosphere and how inviting everyone is. The owners are wonderful and have done an awesome job with this studio. I highly recommend this workout for anyone! It's a great mix of strengthening, cardio, and abdominal work.
Fantastic experience: The Lagree Method is an amazing high intensity low impact workout. I live in Hilliard and the studio is in a great location and there is always plenty of parking. I definitely recommend The Lagree Method if you are looking for something different that really pushes you!
Fantastic experience: Love this studio! I truly hate working out and these classes have been the first workout experience I’ve not dreaded! I get a full body workout and it feels like the 45mins fly by! I’m burning lots of calories and I’m sore for a few days after. I’m 5 classes in now and looking forward to seeing a change in my body. The instructors are great with amazing playlists! I also love all the natural light from the wall of windows in the studio. Everyone is super nice and it’s a great community!
Fantastic experience: I used to think I hated working out but turns out, I just needed TLM in my life! The instructors are awesome and happy to help modify to you and also help you learn. The workouts are tough, in a good way and TLM has such a positive, fun, upbeat environment!
Fantastic experience: I started regularly going to the Lagree Method earlier this year and have noticed such a transformation already. I’ve always been into intense cardio/weight training workouts and my body started wearing down a bit on me. I wanted to look for something low impact and had tried Lagree in the past so I decided to give it a try. I’m now addicted. These workouts are intense, but low impact. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and make some of the best playlists ever. Anytime I have family or friends visiting I take them to a class and they’ve all loved it too. Happy to be here!

The staff is awesome and everyone is super welcoming and supportive no matter what level you are. The first class is free so you may as well give it a shot!! You wont regret it!
Fantastic experience: I was asked to go to a workout class with a friend of mine. I had never heard of this before and wanted to try it out. While I was intimidated by the machine as I have never done a workout like this before, I have to say that Lauren was SO helpful the entire time. She made sure I was doing every move correctly. I have gone twice now and Lauren was very helpful both times. My instructor both times has been Sara and she is constantly walking around as well making sure you are doing the positions correctly. This works muscles I didn't know I had! Such a great low impact but effective workout! I'm taking a fundamentals class this weekends, definitely looking forward to it!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I have enjoyed adding Lagree to my weekly exercise regimen. It’s an awesome balance to the other exercising that is hard on my body (running, tennis, lifting). Definitely worth checking out!
Fantastic experience: I LOVE the Lagree Method! Before coming here, I had only been to a few other Lagree classes. The owners, studio, and instructors are SO welcoming! As someone new to Lagree, the instructors are mindful in providing modifications and suggestions to improve form. They offer plenty of class times at good prices too! I've taken classes with several instructors and they are all amazing! It's good enough that I'm willing to drive from GV to Dublin twice a week for the classes!

Fantastic experience: The Lagree Method is exactly what I have been looking for in a workout, but haven’t been able to find in Columbus/Dublin. High intensity, Low Impact! The studio is in a great location with ample parking, the trainers are fantastic and the workout is even better! So happy they came to Dublin!

Ryan and Lauren (owners) are professional and so engaging. All the instructors help with form, support you at your level but inspire you to get better. Always look forward to class!

Fantastic experience: Lauren and Ryan are so knowledgeable about Lagree. I had never tried it before but they put me at ease and took the time to show proper form and help me through the class. It went by so fast, but I'm looking forward to doing it again! This is the best workout - low impact but effective and the results are impressive. If you are looking for long lean lines and toning then this can't be missed! Get yourself over to the best new studio in Dublin, OH.
Fantastic experience: Loved this place and the instructor Allison! Very good workout that hit all aspects of the body. Allison's energy was top notch and she made sure to help correct my moves. Easy to follow even for beginners. I highly recommend The Lagree Method!
Fantastic experience: I've been going to The Lagree Method since the soft opening, and every class is better than the previous. The instructors do a great job giving clear, concise direction as some of the movements are new. The owners are usually walking around assisting during class to offer modifications and pointers. The machines look intimidating at first, but the free intro class will put your mind at ease and have you ready to join the regular classes. I'm very particular about playlists, and the music always puts me in a great mood and makes the class that much more enjoyable.
Fantastic experience: So happy to have discovered The Lagree Method. Just took a class here which left me sore for days, but in the best way. Definitely a much better work out than other classes I’ve taken before. The studio is very nice, clean and spacious and I love all the special touches they’ve added. I would highly recommend taking classes here for anyone looking to get in shape and toned.

Fantastic experience: Latest Obession= LAGREE METHOD!!! I love to try new gyms when they open and have a new experience. I typically love running, Peloton, Shred, etc.... This was an AWESOME workout! I could not believe how hard it was and how much my muscles were shaking! I loved the focus on core muscles which are ones I always cheat on. Hahaha! I would highly reccomend the Lagree Method- do NOT be intimidated by the reformers, I had never used one before. The instructors were great at a quick demo and continually show you correct form to optimize your workout.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Such a great workout! My typical exercise routine is weight lifting and HIIT. The Lagree Method is an amazing compliment to that. I was sweating within the first couple minutes, and by the end my whole body had the Lagree shakes!

Fantastic experience: TLM is an absolutely beautiful studio with a great team and awesome trainers. This was my first time doing Lagree, and Allison made it easy to follow with her explanation of the method, equipment use, and body movements/target muscle groups. Her upbeat encouragement throughout the session and assistance when I needed help made it smooth, fun, and got me wanting to come back! Highly recommend to get your sweat on, body moving, and an enjoyable workout in!
Fantastic experience: I have been loving this new workout! I feel much stronger after trying it for a few weeks. I am hesitant to do any high intensity classes at the gym because it would cause stiffness and soreness for me afterwards. I feel great after each Lagree workout and I don't feel my old knee pain. I can get the high intensity with Lagree without any jumping or jolting exercises. A bonus is the owners and all of the instructors have been so friendly and helpful!
Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Love TLM! Great facility, equipment, workout instructors and owners! I have knee and shoulder issues-back too. And this workout was easy on my joints but I was sweating and my legs and arms were shaking.
