Fantastic experience: Hands down one of my favorite gyms I have been to. I've been to gyms in Spain, France, Greece, and Japan, and the Life Centre is still one of my favorites. It's always clean, there's a lot of options for machines, the pool is great in summer and winter, my husband loves the basketball courts, and the staff is always very friendly. Can't go wrong getting a membership here!

Positive experience: For what I am looking for, it looked like a perfect fit. I plan to join and try it out for some time to see what it's like But overall I liked what I saw

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Awesome swim coaches/lessons for all ages! The year-round swim team/club coach is amazing and the coaches for summer swim classes are all SO great! Fun but still learning and progressing skills! Great facility and staff!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It is reasonably priced for the amenities. The greatest part is the outdoor pool in the summer!!! It’s always empty!

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym the equipment is a little old but you never have to wait on a machine and it is located i back off in a corner so you really don't have to deal with a lot of human interaction due covid-19. Staff is very nice and I'm able to work out uninterrupted

Fantastic experience: I literally love this gym. Everyone is so nice and it’s never too crowded, the pool is super long and deep and it is so amazing. It looks small, and I wish it didn’t close at 9 on Fridays - however it is not small on the inside, I haven’t even tried all the machines yet. So glad I got a membership!

Fantastic experience: I love that the pool is outdoors in warm weather and has a bubble in the winter. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is plenty of space to work out in the gym, cardio, and weight rooms.

Fantastic experience: My favorite thing is the classes! They're so much fun. The instructors and employees are amazing. I normal don't like gyms and have never feel comfortable at them, but this one is different. They have quality members. People leave you alone, everyone is so friendly, and if you need help with anything they are right there. I love the pool! I highly recommend this family owned business.

Fantastic experience: It's a nice gym without all the groupies. They offer with your membership full access to the gym. Free classes, weight room, cycling classes, pool all year long. Plus basketball courts, dance classes swimming lessons and much more. They work hard to keep it very clean. There is also daycare during certain hours for moms. $$

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for over 20 years. A great place to go. Great staff - very friendly. Not too big and not too small. There are times when it gets a little crowded but still able to get in a good workout. The pool is especially nice in the summer time.

Fantastic experience: Great Club. Fitness, cardio and weights. I am really happy that Bliss Academy of Dance operates inside the club. That has been nice for my daughter. Great Fitness Club and Great Dance Academy.

Fantastic experience: This is an older fitness center but it is well maintained as is the equipment. I like the year round pool and the day use lockers too. The free weight area is spacious and well equipped. Their are many types of arobic equipment with very large tvs to watch as well as large windows facing the west so it does not fill like I'm working out in a cave. Plenty of parking makes it easier to get out and exercise.

Fantastic experience: I had open Heart Surgery just a little over a year a go And I promised my Doctor,and Family and my Dear Heavenly Fdath at that I would keep up my exercising and Yes! I never really loved exercisi g until I started to go to th e Life Center. It is and has Helpped me in so any ways that I can not count all of the many ways that I love exercising and working out every day I walk, walk, walk. And the , I also do my morning bed and my morning floor exercises are the best,And the Instructor's are all Tops, and TJ are also very awesome and wonderful.all on all i.think that everyone should go in just once. Thankyou to TJ and to all of the many wonderful employees. This is #1 in my heart and in my book forever and alwYs.

Fantastic experience: The LifeCentre has the absolute best manager and Trainers. TJ, the general manager, always makes my family and I feel welcome. Surba, Mindy, Lindsey, and John are the best trainers I have been around. Great fellow members as well. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to LIfe Center Athletic Club for a number of years now, and can't imagine going anywhere else. The facilities, equipment, classes and programs and people are wonderful. The people at Life Center are nice and unpretentious. A lot of them have been going there for many years and they are always happy to welcome new people and help you feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! The owner is super nice and the classes are great!! Not overly crowded like Vasa and the guys who go there are gentlemen (aka don't blatantly stare at you with their tongue hanging out and tail wagging). The atmosphere is truly amazing and friendly. I'm so glad we found this gym!!
