All around quality experience! 6mo and still going! COVID safety guidelines are in place, the gym keeps everyone safe distance apart and the equipment clean!

Fantastic experience: Literally the best and most motivational gym ever. I've spent years going to the LAs and Lifetimes of the world but never could commit and see results. F45 DG has given me the motivation to keep going! I'm definitely held responsible and the trainers are top notch. All of them, including the owners, are genuine and truly do care about each person. I would recommend this gym to anyone... if you need help staying consistent, want different routines daily, and to be energized this is the place. A+++ <3 F45

I have learned a lot more about what it means to have good form from the trainers since they are always watching everyone and are eager to assist you! The trainers are always energetic, fun, and bring in all the excitement! Tonia and Martin are also always there to help you set goals for yourself and make sure you achieve them. F45 is a more than a gym, it’s a community! Even if you are a beginner, you are able to move at your own pace and you will see yourself improving each time you go! You definitely start to see results when you work out here! I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over a year. F45 Downers Grove has the best trainers - friendly, caring and tough all at the same time. This workout literally feels like having a personal trainer but in a group setting! Plus, they are taking every precaution imaginable to keep you safe: small class sizes, taking temps upon arrival, washing hands before and after classes, wearing masks until the class begins and sanitizing as you work. It's a great place to get strong, fit and healthy!

Fantastic experience: I tried F45 for the first time a few weeks ago taking advantage of this locations “3 classes in one week” deal! I tried a weight class, a cardio class and their hollywood Saturday class! Tonia (who help me with scheduling and getting set up) was amazing and helped walk me through what to expect. The gym was pristine clean. Each person was also given their own Spray bottle and towel to wipe down equipment after use. I would highly recommend this workout and specifically this location to anyone in the area! The team is very welcome, the facility is beautiful and functional, and the work out will kick you butt!!

Fantastic experience: I have to give a shout to F45 Downers Grove for keeping me lean and mean for the better part of a year. The facility is super clean and well managed, especially during Covid. I love the setup, during a workout you’re taken thru a variety of stations that target different muscle groups. You’ve got to come on Saturday where they have 24 stations of different individual workouts. It’s crazy and I love how it’s not repetitive. I’ve done CrossFit before and this provides just as intense of a workout without the risk of injury. Owners are top notch and trainers are very knowledgeable. I’m driving 20 mins when there’s closer facilities nearby cause I know they’re the best.

Fantastic experience: The team at F45-Downers Grove is amazing. The workouts are killer and the trainers keep you motivated and using good form. The facility is clean, and they have implemented many measures to keep it COVID-free and keep us working out! The owners are amazing and put so much effort into ensuring their clients have a great experience. It’s the only gym I have looked forward to getting up and going to every day - I’m addicted.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym by far! All the instructors are high energy and amazing and everyone in class is very positive, its a great way to meet people. The workouts are all different and make me excited to go to class. I love the online self scheduling, it adds it to your calendar and makes you truly GO! Come check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I tried the 2 week free trial in conjunction with my regular gym routine to jump start my weight loss. I have to say with ZERO pressure from the staff to join, I joined before my 2 week trial ended. The staff is friendly and personable. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. The classes and routines are mixed up and push you the right amount. So if you’re looking for a ln excellent way to get your training in while burning the maximum amount of calories in just the right amount of time, check this place out. It’s an excell value for the time and money invested.
