Fantastic experience: Love this gym!! Have been coming for just over a year and am so happy with my results :) I feel stronger and healthier and can't thank the coaches enough. It really feels like a second family with the constant encouraging and fun events! I love that they offer Crossfit as well as Fit ...and if you haven't heard of Fit, well then you're missing out!
Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I felt very intimidated trying a new gym out, but felt so welcomed from day one! My fears and nervousness quickly melted away as I started my first class and felt the support from everyone - the coaches AND my classmates! I love the atmosphere this gym exudes and look forward to the sweat sesh I get at every workout. No workout is the same and it's great to mix it up on a daily basis. Sure, the cost per month is more than a gym membership at a chain gym, but you are guaranteed to push yourself to your limits and the way you'll feel, even after the first week, is priceless.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fit Park Meadows CrossFit for about a year and a half. I have to say I have never been a member of a gym that cares as much about their members as this gym does. They have great coaches who really care and take the time to get to know each of their members. They offer a wide variety of classes, which are different each and every day, and cater to all fitness levels. If you are looking for a new gym where you not only get great work outs but also are able to make some really great friends you should definitely give Fit Park Meadows a try.
Fantastic experience: AMAZING gym with AMAZING people....The community aspect of this gym is beyond any other. Every single member has become a close friend and great supporter. There is no better feeling then walking into this gym after a few days off and seeing the amazing members and feeling that support again. The friendships and support are not only within the gym walls which makes this community feel just like family. The workouts are there to help anyone and everyone out and there are no restrictions on what can be done. I have yet to find another gym that offers great classes other then cross fit. From yoga to FIT there is a workout for every type of athlete. There has never been a moment of intimidation in this gym because everyone is there to support and encourage. From day one these members have always been there to support and it amazes me to see the growth with every single one of them. You won't find a better gym in CO...I know I haven't
Fantastic experience: Dropped in while on travel last week and highly recommend! It’s a relatively small gym but equipment is in great shape, instructors and everyone in the classes were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the classes were very well run. Will definitely return next time I’m out that way!
Fantastic experience: Huge fan of this gym and have been a member for 8 years. The coaches are great and the workouts are harder than any other gyms (including other XFit gyms) that I’ve attended. The workouts vary greatly every day and so there is no chance of getting bored. I also like the diversity of activities they integrate into the offering. The 6 week challenge is a great example of something they’ve recently added. It is a solid nutrition/exercise program which has helped me understand how to eat correctly to hit a body fat percentage goal. If you want to change your life and how you look at any age (I’m 50) and current weight - this is the place.

Fantastic experience: This 6 week challenge was definitely a jump start for my fitness to get back into working order. I had a knee Injury getting started and worked modifications as they always requested.. The communication from the nutrition side was awesome, would loved to hear more from him. I lost 15 lbs at my last weigh in so I’m pressing forward to reaching my goal. Awesome coaches and workout routines!!!
Fantastic experience: Wow--- where do I begin. I have belonged to a lot of gyms in the past and this is by far one of my favorites. The coaches truly care about the people and take time to focus on the fundamentals of each move, ensuring the safety of all members. Coaches make themselves readily available to help customize the workouts and help athletes to achieve their goals. The gym is incredibly clean and well established. This is the type of place where fellow members will rush to clean up and then turn around and help you clean up. The multitude of classes offered throughout the day allow for zero excuses not to attend one. Not to mention the low coach to athlete ratio allows coaches the opportunity to really get to know the athlete and their needs on a more personal level.
Fantastic experience: For someone who hasn't truly exercised since The National Physical Fitness Test performed in middle school, Intensity Park Meadows has reinvigorated my desire to become more physically fit! Intensity Park Meadows has not only met but they have exceeded my expectations about what the purpose of a gym should be. Regardless of the number of individuals attending a specific cross-fit class, the coaches are still able to provide individual attention, especially when it comes to modifying routines to your specific level to ensure that you are fully participating and progressing in the day's program. There also appears to be a unique camaraderie amongst the members, who encourage each other to prevail. I do not hesitate to recommend Intensity Park Meadows for those desiring an atmosphere where they can not only progress in their physical fitness development but also actually look forward to going to the gym each day. I have been a member since August 2019.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the workouts in the gym as well as online during the covid-19 isolation. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They keep you motivated and constantly instruct you to do the movement correctly. Many class times to choose from and varied workouts daily. It was challenging and fun at the same time. I recommend this facility to anyone for a great challenge.
Fantastic experience: After the holidays I was looking for something to motivate me to get back into exercising. I saw the 6 week challenge ad on Facebook and signed up. I appreciated that they had technique 1, 2, and 3. These classes ensure you have a basic understanding of the movements before taking classes. I really enjoyed the workouts. The coaches I primarily worked with were Janis and Emily. They were both great and were helpful with modifying workouts, and making sure I was using proper technique. I like that Intensity has a variety of classes throughout the day M-F. I would recommend adding some additional classes on the weekends though. When you sign up for the challenge you get a guide with healthy recipes which were surprisingly delicious!
Fantastic experience: I had worked out most of my life but took the last few years off after I had my son. I signed up for the 6 week challenge to get back into the habit of working out. The workouts are better than I had imagined! I was shocked at how weak my muscles had gotten but the workouts were exactly what I needed. Each day was different so I was working all different muscles and saw results right away. The coaches were very helpful with modifications because I have had two knee surgeries and still have knee pain. I would highly recommend Intensity Park Meadows.
Fantastic experience: I’ve always been one to enjoy a good workout, but I’ve never been good at doing it on my own. I found Intensity Park Meadows through their six week challenge. I’m so glad I did! I was surprised on how quickly my body changed for the better. The protein diet showed me that I don’t have to starve myself to look better. I can eat more calories and still lose weight and maintain a healthIer body. I physically feel better than I have in a long time. The trainers are extremely patient and helpful and the classes are addicting. The staff makes the environment feel like family. In a good way. ;) I highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Signed up for the 6 week challenge at Intensity and I’ve been pretty successful! The staff is always available for questions and made it easy to track my progress and understand my nutritional goals. This is an awesome gym, the coaches are all very knowledgeable and make sure you have good form for all movements and the members are all so friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for great group classes this is the place for you!
Fantastic experience: I just completed the 6 week challenge and have nothing but great things to say about this place! I was thrilled with my weight loss and will continue on that journey. The work outs are challenging and fun. The instructors are all excellent and extremely helpful - they are great at accommodating all ages/ ability levels in the classes. It’s like having a personal trainer! I plan to continue with the workouts and my fitness journey. Thank you Intensity Park Meadows!
Fantastic experience: Intensity Park Meadows offered a 6 week challenge by way of Facebook. I knew I was in need of a change in my life, so I pursued the offer. During my initial interview, I knew this was the gym for me. They had trained professional coaches and nutrition experts that would be there to help me along my journey. They start you with technical training so you can learn the moves and equipment. They had multiply hourly training sessions Monday through Friday for either intensity or cross fit training to fit your schedule. You could attend the class of your choice. Each class is structured to include warm-up, physical training, and cool-down which are the three key components to a proper training session. Unlike most gyms, you don’t have to pay extra for the personal training that is provided here. Each coach learns who you are and what you need and always address you by name during class. They made me feel more like a family member than just a person in a class. Coach Alex and Mike really made me feel at home. They took the time to show me how to properly perform the moves for each exercise in the set. A modified version of the move was offered if they felt I needed help in order to complete a set. I never laughed so much during an exercise session as I do at Intensity. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for the complete exercise challenge to transform both body and mind to take this challenge and join the gym. You won’t regret your decision.
Fantastic experience: I have loved Intensity Park Meadows! I normally work out at home and I was so nervous to be around people, but this is such a great community and I instantly felt at ease. The coaches are amazing! There is no judgement in ability level, just support! I also like the range of times for the classes so I was always able to find something around my schedule. I really felt like each class made me push myself more than I thought I could. This gym is awesome!
Fantastic experience: Their varying workouts everyday are amazing and are bound to body toning. The coaches are all excellent in the way they lead each batch, motivating us to March ahead. To name a few, I love the intensity classes of Coach Alex, Coach Drew and Coach Amber. I keep getting stronger with the workouts I do here. I have also noticed the level of interest in me for fitness gets enhanced day by day. A well recommended place to all fitness lovers.
Fantastic experience: I did the 6-week challenge and was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and the positive atmosphere in this gym. I was new to cross-fit and I was treated with respect and equality even with those who have been doing it for years. I needed many things broken down to the basics every class and the coaches were very good and patient in helping me. I was so glad I did this challenge and am back to my high school weight, lost 10 pounds, and decreased my body fat by almost 10%. It is worth it to at least check this gym out if you are thinking about it!
Fantastic experience: Before coming to Intensity at Park meadows, I had common problem of loosing interest after initial few days and getting bored in any other gym which I joined earlier. The best part with Intensity at Park Meadows is the format of coaching. I never got bored and was able to keep up my motivation. Best part is you can choose any time on any particular day as per your convenience. All coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I really enjoyed working out here. I would like to thank Alex, Nicole, Andrew, Randy, Angie and Amber for helping me completing 6 week challenge successfully. Also would like to thank Nicole for helping me in nutrition and always keeping a check on how I am doing. This is great gym for health and fitness and I will continue my membership !!
Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place. When I started I was extremely out of shape and the first several workouts were very hard. The more I worked out the better I got and now I LOVE the workouts and the challenge! I look forward to going rather dreading going. All of the workouts are different so you don't get bored doing the same thing each time. The coaches are amazing and a lot of fun. They are very thorough in technique and want to make sure that we are doing the moves right and not hurting ourselves in any way. They are very skilled trainers. I finally found a gym that makes me look forward to working out!
Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym and great Training Staff. The staff was extremely supportive and motivating. These guys and gals make sure you are doing it the right way. I did the 6 week challenge as a kick-starter to a healthier lifestyle. Loved the 5am Intensity workouts during the week with the loud kick-butt music to get the day started. I was amazed by their diet plan and the results it had with me after 6 weeks combined with a butt-kicking, yet very fun Intensity workouts that made me feel great physically and mentally. I highly recommend Intensity/Cross Fit Gym if you are looking for results, great atmosphere, and a training staff that will kick your butt into shape. I lost 12.5 lbs and almost 6% body fat in my 6-week challenge. Thank you Intensity Park Meadows!
Fantastic experience: Love Intensity and the awesome coaches! I started the 6-week challenge to get back into working out after a hamstring injury. I not only met my challenge goals, but I've been working out more often than I ever planned, I shaved 1-min off my mile run time, lost weight/body fat, ran a 5k for the first time in 3 years, and I'm stronger and healthier. I used to always be really concerned about doing workouts "wrong", but Coaches Alex and Chris (and all the coaches) are so attentive and focused on making sure everyone has the right form/technique that I know I'll always get guidance on how to do the workouts "right". Other great things about Intensity - availability of classes (there are so many classes every day!) and the attitude throughout. Everyone wants to be in class, working on themselves and are 100% supportive of each others progress and growth. I love the cheers and high 5s when someone meets a new goal! Can't wait to keep working out at Intensity.
Fantastic experience: The staff and the workout programs together make the gym experience one of a kind. Alex, Andrew, Amber and everyone else in the team help you work hard towards your goal. The class schedules are very convenient as they have slots throughout the day and in the weekend. Strongly recommend to anyone who is trying to start a healthy change.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The classes are challenging and the coaches are amazing! I am completing my 6 week challenge early next week and I have lost almost 10lbs and 5% bodyfat. I have completely transformed and am so thankful for it! If you are looking for a challenging workout look no further. Intensity is it!
Fantastic experience: Incredible gym! All the coaches here are absolutely amazing and extremely supportive. They really motivate you throughout the whole workout and make it enjoyable. They do a great job making sure you have correct technique and will work with you if you need to modify an excercise for any reason. In addition to great coaches the community is awesome and everyone is super encouraging. If you’re looking for a gym (or even if you’re not) I’d highly recommend this place!
Fantastic experience: I am a 60-year old women who hasn't been part of a regular exercise routine for several years. I was a bit intimidated walking into a CrossFit gym. I was thinking, "what am I doing in here?". I had made a commitment to myself to do this so I signed up for their 6-week challenge. To my surprise, the amount of specialized help I received from all the trainers was incredible. They always made me feel welcome, helped me to learn each movement correctly and modified movements for my ability at the time. Everyone from the trainers to other gym clents were so welcoming, it's like a big family. I started with not being able to do a push-up, I was modified to a box height ~ I can now do a full push-up and many of them on my knees; I was not able to do 5 regular sit-ups ~ I did 135 total in one workout last week; I could not do a burpee ~ now I can do them with a slight modification due to my knee not bending as much. My general everyday movements like stairs are significantly improved, I even hiked yesterday climbing on rocks (at the top I thanked my trainers). My knee issues are lessened, I have more movement in them and less inflammation, which is really good. The nutrition plan was easy to follow, after about 3 days I felt less toxic and now am doing really well. It is my new normal way to nourish my body. The connection via text when I needed help was awesome. I just can't say enough about my positive experience with THIS CrossFit gym. I love Park Meadows CrossFit. Can't wait to see what the next 3 months hold for me. I am on a mission!!!
Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was a little intimidated signing up for Crossfit classes and the 6 week challenge. I can tell you this club is fantastic! Don’t be intimidated, there are members of varying physical levels and we all participate in classes as a group; no woman/man left behind here. The coaches are always willing to help you, offer modification moves, encourage you and most of all make it fun! What I do know is that we all need accountability and the coaches at Intensity are awesome! My challenge was 20 lbs in 6 weeks and guess what? I dropped 20 lbs and 7.2% in body fat! No miracle diet and no magical pills here. Lots of great coaching, proper meal plans and excitement! I am looking forward to reaching my next of goals!
Fantastic experience: It's taken me a while to commit to a workout routine since I moved out here, mostly because I hadn't found a gym I enjoyed walking into... But, I'm happy to report that I'm finally back in it thanks to this place! I especially LOVE the amount of classes available - whether you want to CrossFit or take Intensity classes. I think the coaches set a solid foundation for everyone that walks through the doors and they're ultimately the ones that foster the very welcoming community atmosphere, which I appreciate a ton :)
Fantastic experience: I had never done a fitness challenge before and the thought of signing up for the 6 week challenge at Intensity Park Meadows was intimidating! But I am so glad I took the plunge and joined. The staff is committed to help us succeed in achieving our goal. They start off with the technique orientation class to ensure maximum results by focusing on the right form. I loved the Intensity classes which were truly ‘intense’! The end of the workout left me drained out but totally worth it. Each class was different; so it never got boring! Alex is the best coach and he really encouraged me to put in my best effort. So glad that I did this! Lost my target weight and love being able to fit into my older jeans once again :) Totally recommend signing up... you will not regret it!
Fantastic experience: Its a great gym for anyone who wants to be fit while enjoying going to the gym. I personally get bored doing the same stuff over and over again, but the coaches here have some great workout sessions which can be viewed online as well once you have enrolled. They also have technique classes for everyone which I believe is a must have. The coaches always motivate you to push yourself and also check-in on you with your progress. I enjoyed going to this gym. I personally want to thank Heather, Alex, Amber, Angie and kevin for helping me see great results.
Fantastic experience: Great facility, great atmosphere, great coaches. I'm a huge fan! The Intensity classes are like PE for grown ups - you come, you follow directions, you work hard - and it is over in an hour. No thinking required! I love that three technique classes to focus on form are required prior to integration with the regular classes. Nice focus on safety and injury prevention. The coaches offer actual coaching and the classes are well done. I appreciate the knowledge, the enthusiasm, and the professionalism as well as the encouragement for all athletic abilities. Wonderful gym!
Fantastic experience: I joined this gym at the start of a 6 week challenge. I honestly didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but definitely need to gain muscle and tone up. I was just looking for somewhere to jump start those goals and get a good work out in. While I did get those things, I was also met with an incredible staff and trainers that only want to see you succeed and were there with me every step of the way cheering me on. I did meet my set goals and already feel so much stronger and confident. The workouts are great and catered to all fitness levels and the atmosphere at the gym makes you want to keep coming back. I highly recommend this gym for anyone; where ever you are on your fitness journey you are met there and given the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The coaches are exceptional: this is not a "boot camp" situation where someone is going to scream at you or push you til you get hurt. At Intensity Park Meadows the coaches cheer for you, help you make adjustments to suit old injuries or issues, and focus on form so that no new injuries occur. This is a great gym for EVERYONE!
Fantastic experience: I decided to do the 6 week challenge... week 3 I’m already down 9 pounds. I was initially worried about CrossFit this gym is amazing!!! They are worried about technique first and foremost always making sure they look out for everyone to maintain safety of the patrons and the class!!! Every coach here is FANTASTIC they are all welcoming, encouraging, and focus on making sure we have amazing workouts everyday!!! My search is finally over and I will be staying with intensity for a long time to come.
Fantastic experience: I just finished a 6-week challenge at Intensity. There are so many reasons to give a 5-star review. The workouts were challenging and a lot of fun. Generally you would complete 3-4 movements for several rounds. There would be 2-3 sets of different movements to complete during the hour long workouts. These were CrossFit like movements using lighter weights or body weight only. The variety was excellent. The coaching was excellent. Class times throughout the day and evening made it very convenient. Being 60 years old sometimes you are concerned that you can’t keep up with the youngsters but you just work at your own pace and modify movements as needed for your fitness level. Although losing weight is difficult for me, I was able to lose some but I definitely accomplished my body fat loss goal, which I’m pretty happy with. I feel stronger and have way more energy than I did before. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to challenge themselves.
Fantastic experience: This facility is great, coaches are awesome. They are friendly and do not only train but they motivate, and push us to the limit to make us better. I took 6 weeks challenge and my target was to loose 12 pounds, with great coaches and nutritional food guide i achieve more that I could imagine. I am happy with myself and I am happy with workout and coaches. Totally in love with this place and workout
Fantastic experience: I am not the kind of person who watches what I eat and goes to the gym. I joined the 6 week challenge to give me a boost at living a healthier lifestyle. The 6 week challenge has taught me that diet plays such an important role. I thought I ate healthy but when I started using the meal plans that were provided, and seeing the weight loss within a week was so gratifying. I have enjoyed learning from all the coaches at the gym. Everyone is so nice and nonjudgmental. Even the people that come there to workout are really nice and encourage others to keep going. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to join.
Fantastic experience: I found this gym and challenge on Facebook one evening and read reviews and was intrigued. I signed up for the 6-week challenge and was a little nervous because I’ve never done CrossFit before. This place is truly amazing. The coaches are incredible, helpful, and encourage you the entire way. They help you learn the technique first and then have you progress through it at your pace but they challenge you to do more, knowing you are capable. I can honestly say I never leave after a workout in pain. I’m always sore but it’s a good sore where you know you’ve worked. I love that there are so many classes to choose from and every workout is different. I love that they challenge you to be better. I also love that there are so many people who attend who are in different stages of life, different ages, and different stages of their fitness and everyone cheers each other on. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! I plan to continue my workouts at this gym. Thank you so much Intensity for your dedication to better fitness and all around better health!
Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge with Intensity Park Meadows. I'm not someone that had been huge on CrossFit (you is more my thing), but I wanted to challenge myself with something different. I actually ended up really enjoying it. The coaches here are so incredible! They always knew me by name and would greet me even if I wasn't in their class. They are extremely positive and encouraging. There's a sense of camaraderie and achievement with everyone that goes there, which is great to have. It has just been a really uplifting process that in very grateful for. I truly cannot speak highly enough of the trainers and the experience that they create at this gym. A special thanks to Alex, Michael, and especially Nicole, who always made me feel really welcome, encouraged me, and helped me push past my perceived limitations. If I weren't planning on having surgery on my leg and then traveling, I would definitely be continuing with Intensity Park Meadows.
Fantastic experience: Needed a new place to work out as my trainer moved so I joined the 6 week challenge to see if this was a fit for me. After almost 3 weeks of working out at Intensity I feel very comfortable at this gym. It is hard to find somewhere to workout as you get older that you feel good about going to. The coaches so far have been very helpful and I enjoy the workouts.
Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive at first to do the six week challenge but once I went for the orientation I was convinced I should do it. The coaches are top class, the owner is very caring and knowledgeable. The classes are really fun and I look forward to it. I lost almost 15lbs in the six week challenge, with the right kind of nutrition and portion control and the best of gym sessions and exercises. Being a vegetarian I thought it would be hard, but Kevin was really helpful in sharing his knowledge about vegetarian nutrition with us. The coaches are really interested in teaching you the right technique and are always motivating. This was my first time at a gym, and I am very happy with the transformation. I joined with my husband for the six week challenge and it has proved to be the best thing in years that has happened to us. I'm down from a large to medium size and our energy levels are so much better after we chose eating clean and exercising regularly. Thanks so much Shean and Kevin and all other coaches for being there always!❤️
Fantastic experience: I participated in their 6 week challenge. It's a combination of a food plan and workouts. Dieting has always been my biggest struggle so it was nice that they gave you suggested meals and grocery list. The workouts and trainers there are great. I mainly did the intensity workouts and really enjoyed them. The first couple weeks were hell as I was constantly sore, but as my body started to adjust I felt more energetic and eager to push myself to heavier weights. That was a really big plus for me since my upper body strength is pathetic. The trainers there are super supportive. I worked with Alex alot and he did a great job helping me improve my form and feel comfortable with my progress. Super nice guy! Overall the gym is great. I am very happy with my results and would recommend this gym to anyone at any level. The environment here is encouraging and friendly. You'll never feel like you dont belong:)
Fantastic experience: This is such an amazing gym! I was part of the six week challenge. In this challenge, my goals were to achieve better nutrition and be consistent with going. Nutrition was difficult, but Shean and Kevin were able to give me amazing pointers. The atmosphere of the gym is friendly and the coaches are fun which made my second goal easy to achieve. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to make their health a priority and I would definitely recommend the six week challenge to anyone who wants to if this is for them.
Fantastic experience: The coaches at Intensity are all so nice, they work face to face with you, and push you the right amount to make sure you get the best work out possible. They know everyone by name and make sure that you feel welcome and comfortable. I have never tried anything like this in the past and I was super nervous starting out, but everyone at the gym is so supportive and encouraging! I really enjoyed getting the grocery list and recipe book as well. It helped me plan good, tasty, and nutritious meals which is something that I have struggled with in the past. The class hours and options are really nice, because there always something going on. Overall, the six week challenge is incredible! I learned so much about myself and my abilities, as well as a fun way to stay healthy and active!
Fantastic experience: Best gym in Denver!!! This is the most fun I've ever had at a gym. Great variety in the workouts, I'm in the best shape of my life, and the community is incredible. There's no doubt you'll meet your fitness goals if you join this gym, and you'll make some great new friends too. It's not just for crossfit either. The FIT program is genius; check it out!!!
