Fantastic experience: Gripz gym deserves 10 stars! We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday with 6 of her closest friends. Everyone had a blast, including all the parents. Thank you Gripz Gym for outstanding service and impeccable cleanliness!

Fantastic experience: I love Gripz gym! My son has A.D.H.D. By the time we get to Gripz his medication is wearing off. The coaches encourage him and help keep him focused on the task at hand. They make it fun for him and the other kids. Since we've joined Gripz my child has made incredible progress with his focus, coordination and working with others as a team! I highly recommend Gripz Gym.

Fantastic experience: Gripz has been wonderful for our family. My kids have been going for a couple of years. We drive 45 minutes each way to get there because it is so worth it. Let that sink in. An hour and a half in the car with kids several days a week. Worth. The. Drive. The coaches are helpful and encouraging to all of the kids. I like how the open gym is structured and not chaotic with kids running around by themselves. There are are several obstacles/stations open to choose from at a time to ensure a coach is present and assisting. My kids love that they can choose. Every class or open gym is different and my kids love the variety. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Fun for everyone. Age range was 5 to 36. We did a private event and had a blast. Staff was really friendly.

The coaches are all so positive and encouraging, always looking out for the athletes' health and safety. Just like the sport of ninja, every visit is even better than the last! Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality We had a birthday party with 14 seven year old boys and it was amazing! It was well run, organized and kept the boys engaged and focused! The boys were sweaty and tired at the end of the 90 minute session! The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We travelled 40 minutes for this party and would do it again!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, this place is amazing. As soon as I walked into gripz gym I felt welcomed. Dave trains me and Dave is amazing. Dave really knows what he’s doing when it comes to training and nutrition. I’ve been training with Dave for a couple of months and I already feel that I came so far, got stronger, and my technique got a lot better. He trained me for the tough mudder which I easily knocked out thanks to Dave, and now I will continue to go to him because I want to get better technique. I highly recommend gripz gym they’re great people.

Fantastic experience: Love love love Gripz!! My son is obsessed and wants to go every day! All of the coaches are wonderful! The owners are super nice, too! They change up the courses for both adults and kids. Never boring. It always leaves my son begging for more time! Such a great and fun place!

Fantastic experience: Went to a parent & kid ninja night. My son loved it so much he joined their Ninja Team. Our experience has been wonderful. The owner and staff are so friendly and encouraging. They know how to push you in a positive way, to make you give your workout everything you've got. And knowing that health is more than just working out, I love that Dave challenges my son to eat healthier. My son has thrived there (both physically & his self-esteem) in just a few months.

Fantastic experience: Gripz gym is awesome! Fantastic set up. Clean, friendly environment. Great for families and individuals. Many different obstacles. We went with a large group of teens who loved it! Therese and Ryan worked with our group and helped show us the obstacles. Everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I took my fifth grade den of Cub Scouts here for our very last den meeting. We had the scouts, younger and older siblings, and some adults that attended the two-hour session. Everyone had an amazing time. The staff was fantastic and did an excellent job of coaching the kids through the obstacle course. There was enough variety of challenges to keep a first grader entertained, while leaving a few challenges untouched even by the adults. Awesome place! I would definitely return for another visit.

Fantastic experience: I love gripz, it is very fun. I get a chance to do things that I would otherwise not be able to get out and do. I have watched American ninja warrior since it first came out, and always wanted to do the stuff on the show.

Fantastic experience: If you are lucky enough to live close to this gym or are just in town visiting as I was... attending on of trainer Dave's classes is a must! Dave has an unparalleled ability to motivate, teach, and make each activity fun while testing muscles you didn't even know you had. If it was possible to give a 10 million star review, I would!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness...these people are awesome. Attended a childs birthday party a week ago. The staff is amazing. My son was exhausted. The great thing about this gym is that it is for all ages.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I, who are by no means "ninja warriors", came in today. Dave and Ella were there and they were both amazing. It was a great workout but also really fun. It was the perfect mix of fun and challenging. I could see it being great for anything from a girls night out to hard core training.
