Positive experience: Very limited hours, classes frequently canceled, and no real amenities (sauna, etc.). Little value compared to gyms with with a similar price point. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! The environment is very welcoming and non-judgmental. The staff members are all wonderful, and the facilities are clean and modern. The class instructors are very encouraging and enthusiastic, and they help accommodate any fitness level. Classes are offered at various times in the day to accommodate your schedule. If you are looking for a gym and work and/or live anywhere in downtown Detroit, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Been going there for 3 years. Helpful staff. Good equipment variety (which is improving). Showers, locker, and laundry service are all nice and convenient.
