Fantastic experience: Great full body workouts - they are always different, fun and challenging! Very motivating, friendly and encouraging coaches. They push you to your limits but also help you adapt as needed and ensure your form is correct. The people that go are great and are there to get a good workout, not show off. Awesome place!

Friendly and motivating coaches and environment. Challenging workouts scalable to your fitness level. Complimentary towel for use during workout is a nice perk!

Fantastic experience: Music is way to loud and the rap music is oppressive. I am an audiophile Change the playlist. I love the trainers and the folks at F45 , especially coach Bailey. I didn’t like the workouts at first but they grew on me and now I am over 300 visits and counting as I do doubles on some days. It’s a very clean studio look as you walk in and the upkeep is as the walls are not “gym” looking with holes and black dirty marks all over them. I workout with young “kids” in their ‘20’s and they are very respectful of the old man in the “house”. Those in their 60’s/70’s will be right at home working out at F45 in Destin,Fl. Give it a go and get addicted as I am.

Fantastic experience: F45, my home away from home. Coach Brandon was originally my personal trainer and raved about this group trying gym. I was skeptical but after my 7-day pass, I was hooked. I have fun every time I am here. The music and the energy of all members are truly unmatched. Let’s not forget about the outstanding coaches, who give you advice, assist when needed and pushes you past your own limit. Shoutouts to Brandon, Bri & Bailey!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this location! I am from New Orleans and my home F45 is there, but I frequent Destin and could not say kinder words about the Destin studio!! Super friendly coaches that aren’t afraid to correct your form, help you modify; or encourage you to go up in weights when they know you can! Bailey and Brandon are usually my coaches (based on the times I workout) and I love them both!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Great workout for 45 minutes. Music and trainers are fantastic. This is definitely a calorie burner. I love all the different types of equipment that are put in use daily. I also love that they have strength training as well. If you're on the fence about joining I would definitely give it a try! To me it is way better than going to a gym and walking around pretending I know what I'm doing! Love the vibe and the members. People of all fitness levels are welcome!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! It's nice that you can be a member or drop in to classes too. Would recommend trying both cardio and resistance days if you're considering joining. Fantastic experience: With the year we have had, my husband and I were looking for a place to go where we could connect with others and work on our health and well-being. After trying numerous gyms and different workout programs we could never seem to stick to any of them. When we heard F45 was opening up my husband and I were both really interested and decided we would try one more time.. we could not have made a better decision! F45 Destin has the most amazing staff and trainers. Not only are the workouts high level intensity but they also are extremely effective and really fun. The entire team is supportive and they really do care about your personal goals! We are so excited to have finally found our gym and we recommend everyone to sign up with F45! I promise they will take amazing care of you!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love F45 destin. I came here to try it out and was very intrigued. I’m an athlete, so I honestly thought the classes would’ve been very easy, but it was definitely a challenge and new style of training than I’m not used to. I love how literally any and everyone can do it. This is the best way to get a really good workout in, especially if your tight on time (only 45 minutes). The trainers and owners are fantastic, they even participate in some of the classes too. To top it all off, I love how they’re literally like a family and everyone is super close and take the time to really get to know you. Definitely staying here for awhile and recommend everyone to join.
